James arrived on time to provide a quote to install a box bay window. He gave me a brochure for the window manufacturer, took measurements and gave me a price for the window and installation during his first visit. 3 weeks later the window was finished and two installers came to my house to tear out the old window and install the new box bay window. The box bay I wanted was unusually deep (2') but it was no problem for the installers, who installed it perfectly level and constructed a nice looking roof to top it. The installers were friendly and happy to answer any of my questions and seemed eager to satisfy. After a long day the job was done and we are very happy with our new window. The following week James came back out to my house to make sure the job went well. I pointed out a few light scratches on the picture window of the box bay. He checked them out and made a call to the manufacturer to have the picture window replaced, free of charge. The windows have a lifetime warranty. It's great! The new picture window should be installed later this week or next week.

James Russo called back quickly and came out to see the damage around the 5 windows. Estimate was well within range and work started. As the siding was removed, the severity of the damage was revealed and more materials and labor were necessary as it stretched beyond the windows. James explained the extra damage and it was easy to see with the siding off. Approved the additional estimate and work continued until completed. The whole experience was great, and very professional all along the way. Will definitely use again as we keep working on the house.

Great service. Came out quickly to provide a quote. Clearly explained all the choices and gave multiple options for replacement. Installer arrived promptly on the day of service, was professional, courteous, and fast! Installation went smoothly and the window looks great. We have an older home, and they took care to mitigate any potential lead hazards. Would recommend and would use again.

The owner of the company, Paul J. Russo, inspected our deck, bottom and top, and concluded that, although repairs could be made, he did not recommend spending the money at this time. He said the deck is probably good for several more years, and that it would make more sense to invest the money at that time in a replacement deck or a patio. I was impressed with his professionalism and the honesty he showed by his willingness to forgo a possible job because he didn't think it was worthwhile for us to do the work at this time. When the time comes, we will contact Lawrenceville Home Improvement for whatever work is needed.

James arrived for a quote within a day or two of calling. I had used Lawrenceville Home Improvement recently for some windows in my kitchen and they had done an excellent job, so I wanted to use them again. James took the measurements and provided a very competitive quote. However, I just wasn't comfortable with the particular brand of window. I ended up using another contractor.

They were excellent and the door was exactly as promised. The people were professional and I would recommend them. Their price was exactly the same as another price we got and was slightly more than a competing big box store.

Raymond amd his crew are highly-skilled, careful workers. No shortcuts taken. They were courteous and pleasantly responsive to any additional requests. The finished product reflects the pride they take in their work.Work was finished at agreed-to-price. No surprise extra charges. After work was completed, some minor concerns were immediately addressed. Everyone was very easy to deal with and I would highly recommend them. While the cost was somewhat higher than other proposals, I feel I got my money's worth based on the quality of the work and the people involved.

This company is always a pleasure to work with from start to finish. From sales to the actual workers, everyone is professional and courteous and the work is without flaw. I have used this compnay in the past with exceptional results and would not hesitate to use them again, or recommend them to others. A nice perk is that you can pay with a cc without any type of service charge.

The company answered the phone when I called. They were prompt and courteous. They answered my questions. The work is of high quality and they guarantee the work they do. If you leave a message, they will call you back. If there are any problems, they will get back to you and do their best to remedy the situation. They call you to see if the work was satisfactory before you pay the final installment.

Byran Russo came over and gave me a detailed description of the project and what they would do. He offered me a choice of several very good vinyl siding products. I went with the Prodigy because it got great reviews in Consumer Reports for price and quality. I got 3 estimates from local companies. I went with LHIC because I had a bad feeling about the other company reps who came out and gave me estimates. I didn't trust them or their work or that could do what I wanted them to do. And, I didn't trust the products they were offering. I completely trusted Bryan. He explained everything thoroughly and what he said made sense. His product line is great too. The workmen showed up when it was expected and their work was very professional and of the highest quality. They definitely knew what they were doing and never wasted time. They politely answered all my questions as they were doing the work. The guys were great from start to finish. When the work was completed they cleaned up very well around the house. I could not be more happier when the project was completed. My house looks great and I have high confidence in the workmanship. I spent a little more than I wanted to when I was first planning the project and before I made any calls, but it was worth it. I find the insulated vinyl siding is saving me a little in my heating bill too. I highly recommend LHIC for vinyl siding products and installation work!!!

I had a large chandelier that need to be brought into my home and the only way this was possible was to remove my front door and re install. Many other contractors told me that there was no guarantee that they would not break my door. Lawrenceville Home Improvement gave me an estimate and did an excellent job. Clean up after themselves. Would definitely hire again.

The estimate came through promptly. Mr Russo had looked carefully at the repair needed. I'd call him again.

Company was scheduled to come over and do the estimate and then the work. Sandy hit, they called and cancelled and never called back to reschedule. Updated 11/26/12: Brian called twice and apologized for the mix-up. Despite me telling him that I hired someone else he called me again to personally apologize and to me that means a lot and says a lot about his professionalism. I will give them another shot when I have new work to do in the future.

There was a glitch because the painter went ahead and stained the new woodwork without checking with me and it was too dark. Lawrenceville Home Improvement didn't hesitate to admit that it was wrong, and promptly ordered new trim so it could be correctly matched to my cabinets. I was impressed by their willingness to rectify the problem! I ove the new windows. We have so much more light now. The relatively inexpensive double-hung vinyl windows upstairs are nice, too, because they don't leak air (or let in stink bugs) and they are easy to operate. Overall, a good experience and a good company to deal with!

Regarding the gutter: they were very honest and fixed only what was needed at a very reasonable price. Regarding the door, they were certainly not the cheapest guys out there, BUT: the product qualify we chose is superior. The work was done extremely well. The guy who came to do the work was, without doubt, the nicest, most considerate worker I've ever dealt with. He didn't leave a spec of dust. These are great people to work with.

James performed the initial visit/estimate. He thoroughly explained what work he would do and what window options I had to choose from. He was very respectful and did not pressure me. He met the price of a competitor with similar windows. The installer came on time and installed the windows in 1 or 2 hours. He did a beautiful job. I love these windows! I can flip them in to clean the outside. I would recommend this contractor to others. They did a nice, professional job, exactly as promised.

James and Brian are always wonderful to work with. They are promt, professional, and know their stuff. The crews that came to do the work were all high caliber and were also very prompt and professional. The deck, soffit, fascia, and gutters all came out looking great and we expect to enjoy them years to come. Pricing was reasonable and I feel we got excellent value for our money.

Installer arrived on time. He repaired my doorway installing some new wood to accept the new door. Additionally, and for no extra cost, he painted the new wood which was not on the original estimate. He completed his work timely and I was very impressed with the quality of his work.

The price was on the higher end, but the service and product quality was always great. I always felt comfortable with the technicians and I was happy with the job they did in the end. Once I had to call them to replace a window that had been dented during installation and they immediately ordered a replacement. The railings on the front porch are so nice looking that people have knocked on my door to inquire about them.

This was a truly professional experience from start to finish. The company representatives who answered my first contact were thorough, knowledgable, and professional. There was no hard sell - only courteous answers and enough questions to make sure they understood our needs. They visited twice, at my request, to explain their proposal to both myself and my wife. Their proposal was fair and reasonable, and the materials had a good reputation, so we chose their bid from amongst several others. The company began work before the date they had committed (with permission). The installation crew was respectful, careful, and very thorough. I had heard many horror stories of other companies that ripped and covered in days; but this company was much more professional - they were very careful to look for hidden damage, and fixed many minor problems without even a thought or adding it to the bill. It was just so obvious that they were not just recovering my house, but making sure it was in good shape, and that was much appreciated. The owners of the company kept in constant contact throughout the installation, making sure I was comfortable with the work and with the progress of the job. The work was finished in exactly the time it was promised, and at exactly the price quoted. I came away from this experience absolutely amazed - in these days, it is often difficult to find a company that will deliver a quality job on time and on budget, using quality materials, craftsmanship, and with attention to detail. My house looks incredible - better than when I bought it, and in better condition, too. My brother in law, a contractor in another field, examined their work and pronounced his satisfaction, stating that they did a good job. In summary, I could not have had a more positive outcome than what Lawrenceville Home Improvement provided. They gave me excellent product and workmanship, on time, at a great price. The next time I need exterior work done on my home, or windows or doors, I will use this company, and I would not hesitate to say the same to everyone.

When they were doing the gutters, there was a torn in the shingles. They weren’t aware it. It was obvious that had happened. I would give them a B grade overall. We caught the shingles were damaged. I was happy with the gutter and the job they did. They did take care of the problem. I would call them and tell them about the painting issue. I would probably use them in the future.

Bryan Russo came to look at the job and after talking over a couple of options for re-working the front portico to correct a bad drainage problem (water dripping off the front of the flat roof onto the steps), he was happy to work with our vision for creating a drainage path right into an adjacent downspout. I provided some pictures I found of what I envisioned the portico top looking like with the crown molding. This is a nice family business, and he brought his Dad Paul over to look at the situation as well, just to be sure that this would be a good solution. This was custom work, so we were a bit concerned about how it would turn out, but they excecuted beautifully! It looks terrfic and drains beautifully. Replacement of the shutters and the gutter work was well done as well.

I am very pleased with their work and everything looks beautiful outside. I am going have them back again in the fall to do the rest of my windows.
