The estimate from Bryan and James was one of several we received. Their quote was not only less than the others we received, but they were the most thorough in the detail they provided about what the job entailed. They talked us through everything they planned to do and what materials they would be using. They also had plenty of photos of their other jobs to illustrate what they were telling us. This gave us confidence that there would be no surprises at the end of the job that would cost more. The other quotes were vauge and we weren't sure what was included. We had some difficulty choosing a color for our new siding from the sample books, so when we narrowed down our choices to two they were able to get larger sample pieces for us so we could decide. They answered every question we had quickly and thoroughly both before the contract was signed and during/after the work. The crew did a great job. They arrived first thing every morning and always cleaned up the yard before they left for the day. On days it was expected to rain, they still came by to make sure the downspouts were put back in place so the gutters didn't empty on the side of the house. The job was done in the expected time frame and there were no additional costs over the estimate. The house looks great and we have had many compliments from the neighbors. We couldn't be happier with the way it turned out and we highly recommend Lawrenceville Home Improvement Center!

They're a local company so it's close to home and I like small family businesses which they are. He pointed out to me that I should get a white exterior silicone because the sealant was coming away from the glass and letting water leak in so that was very kind of him so I have since gone and gotten the tube and I'm sure he would have applied it more carefully or better than I did. Definitely if I did need doors and screens, any repair or replacement, they would definitely be the ones I would contact.

Came and measured and then came back to do the installation in 1 day. Installers came early, did the job quickly, and cleaned up well. Windows were installed and sealed very well. Easy to work with. Clear invoice and estimates were provided.

James came to give an estimate in early December 2014 and I was happy with it. The windows were custom so they had to be ordered. When they came in, we had to wait until the weather got a little warmer to install them. They were installed this week (mid-March) and I am thrilled! There were 2 installers and they completed the job in 2 days. They installed 8 new windows with outside frame wrapping, and also wrapped 7 older windows. They put down tarps to protect my floors and also covered all of my furniture with plastic. The quality of their work was excellent. l wouldn't hesitate to recommend their work. This is the second time I've used Lawrenceville Home Improvement and I was very happy the first time too.

James was very professional and responsive as was other office staff when I called. They came to do the job when I was not home so I can not comment on the workers. But job was well done and crew cleaned-up afterwards. Price was competitive but not the lowest.

It went excellent. They came when they said they would, they scheduled it based on the order time and how long they said it would be before the materiel came in. They were very punctual. The workmen were precise, and cleaned up very well after themselves. They had a great work ethic. The windows look great and I can tell it has made my energy bill much more efficient.

My phone call was returned promptly and an estimate was conducted at my convenience. Everyone I spoke to was very courteous and happy to answer questions. I was not offered a huge selection of windows, but have thus been delighted with the ones they recommended - their ease of use, the extra insulation, and the look. I had not expected new windows to improve the quality of light entering my home, so this was a pleasant surprise. Once the work was complete, my husband noticed a scratch on our bedroom wood floor and brought it to the on-site contractor's attention. He was extremely apologetic and had someone come the NEXT DAY to wax and buff the floor. I also had some minor issues with the new windows and a serviceman came by within the 1/2 hour to walk me through the issue and resolve it on the spot. In addition, while they were here, they put up some blinds that had been sitting on the floor for months. We also had to replace the blinds on the casement windows and I was told to call them when I ordered new ones and they'd be happy to stop over and take care of it for me. The team also build us a new ledge and frame to accommodate our new casement windows and they are a gorgeous and unexpected addition to our kitchen. Overall, an expensive home improvement, but one that was done quickly and to great effect.

No pressure sale by owner, James. Affordable price. Two installers, nice guys, showed up on time and got right to work. Quality of the work was excellent. They worked well as a team, protected the rooms during installation, cleaned up completely and finished ahead of schedule. Would recommend them to friends.

It went perfectly without a hitch! There were no changes made to our estimate which we appreciated very much considering all the work that needed to be done. The time frame that we were told our windows would be ready to install was right on the mark. All the installers worked hard and made sure that their work was done neatly and completely. They cleaned up after themselves and left no garbage or any stray construction material behind. Everyone on the team were professional and new what needed to be done. Thank you LHIC! We had a wonderful person to purchase it from and the installer was excellent as well. We were very very satisfied with them.

We were happy dealing with Bryan and James throughout the process. They were always responsive to our questions or concerns (whenever we e-mailed about anything, they got back to us quickly and with complete answers). The cost was a bit higher than other quotes but in the ballpark, and worth it to us knowing this is a long established company (they are the younger family members continuing it from their elders) that will still be around in years to come if we have issues. Their two siding men removed all the old asbestos siding, did any necessary underlayment and fascia board repairs, installed insulation, and Charter Oak siding. Their window man installed 12 Marvin fiberglass windows and put new interior wood frames around each. The gutter service they use installed new gutters and downspouts. We love how everything looks.

Upon entering he listened to my description, evaluated the problem, try to repair it, and gave great advice on how to remedy the issue without a lot of out of pocket expense for me. I wish I had gone with my first gut to have them install my windows years ago. I definitely recommend this company for their honesty and non-pushing for sales, and excellent professionalism.

Representative came to my house at a convenient time for me, took measurements and showed me my options. I chose a steel door with as much window as possible. The representative was punctual and informative. The installer took great care in the installation. Not being accustomed to a screen door, within a week we tried to walk through the screeen and damaged it. Someone was at my house almost immediately to repair. Although the price of the door was pretty high, in checking around their price was a little under other places (not too many options when you need a custom door). I would definitely use them again. I don't know where I put my paperwork so I guessed at the date and price.

Bryan and James were wonderful to work with. From the initial estimate, they were professional and to-the-point. They were not "salesy" at all and didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need, but also gave me good ideas on placement of the new windows. They came back a 2nd time to measure out the area where the windows would be installed and were always on time. They took care of all the permit informattion and came back a 3rd time for additional measurements when the township asked them to. Their crew was excellent as well and did the job in a timely manner. The workmanship was wonderful and we could not be happier with our new windows. My wife and I were both very impressed with Bryan when we hit a snag with a vent in the wall that could have potentially disrupted the placement of the windows. He personally came back to the house with a plumber/vent expert, and was quickly able to solve our problem so the initial plans were able to be carried through (and staying within our budget). We will definitely use them again and refer family/friends for future window needs.

Showed up and started work on schedule; were very professional and efficient in their work performance. Some delays were caused by rainy weather. However, worked one Saturday to catch up. Also, were one box short in the amount of siding they needed and upon receipt of additional siding, completed the last work in 1/2 day. The house looks beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the job done. I definitely would recommend the company to friends.

The job took 2 days and the technician arrived right on time both days. The guy was very friendly and knowledgeable. He worked fast and did an excellent job. He answered any questions that I had about the quality of the doors and also addressed my concerns about some previous damage that was done to the walls and carpet near the garage door. Now you can't even tell there was any damage.

Work was expertly done by an experienced craftsman, with excellent attention to detail. Would definitely recommend.

This company truly takes pride in it's work. From the time I first met with Bryan Russo until the job was finished he was professional, personable, patient, and thoroughly knowledgeable of the products and services that were performed. He was always available to answer questions so that I could come up with the right windows for the particular space and also while the work was being performed. He came to check on the work being done as it progressed numerous times & if I called & left a message about something that I was unsure about while the work was being done instead of calling me back he would show up at the house. When I saw that the placement of some scalloped shingles on the roof gable were not being installed in a pattern I had envisioned, Bryan came out & had it taken care of immediately to my satisfaction. The crew are a group of people who are phenomenal at what they do. Bronius, "the window guy" is an artist who hand cut each piece of oak to perfection & his partner is an extremely hard worker. Both are very concerned that you are highly pleased with the work. Raymond & Thomas "the siding guys" are perfectionists as well - every little vent, outlet, etc. is trimmed out & framed which gives the house a pristine appearance. Burgess "the door guy" is also a master at his craft & was a pleasure to meet. The metal standing roof over the bow window was hand cut to precision by another gentleman whose name I don't know but he is another true craftsman. In addition to the work they were contracted for, Bryan had them do some other things (at no extra charge) such as trim out a door & a window which I was not replacing so that it matched the rest of the house, install new hardware on that door, install new exterior lights which I had purchased to replace the old ones and also thoroughly clean the outside of the gutters & downspouts. Small things which made a huge difference. When the work was completed there were no "surprises" - the price quoted was what was due. Despite losing numerous days due to bad weather all the work was completed in a 2 week period. Pride in their work...all of them. A rarity these days. And it looks like I have a brand new house.

They were very helpful recently with a roof leak I had. They didn’t charge me to fix my roof which was very nice. They responded quickly.

Working with these guys was a great experience. James delivered in every way--responsive to phone calls and emails, on time for appointments, discussed door options, advised us about certain options we were thinking about, and offered a fair price. The installer--Burgess--was superb; but more importantly, he was friendly and engaging. He handled everything with excellence from calling to reschedule because of a snowstorm, to locking up when he left the house. He is a valuable asset. We love the new door and storm door. It looks great and it changes the way the house presents from the outside. The sidelights bring great light into the center hall. We would use these guys for future work!

The guy was friendly and did a great job. The house is now comfortable even if the door is open. They were on time but they were a little pricey. They stayed in contact and they did what I asked them to do.

Contacted company based on other member reviews. Prompt response by Mr. Russo who came to our house to review the our plans. He gave us several recommendations and alternatives for improving the look and functionality of our kitchen window replacement. We were very pleased with the work performed. The staff were very nice and professional. We would use this company again.

Now the lowest price but the selection of doors was terrific and the installation terrific.
