The team is absoluteluy fantastic. They work continuously, move furniture, clean windows, wood floors, kitchen cabinets, My wook floors have never looked that good, The stainless steel items just glow! They don't miss a trick. They are prompt, courteous, professional, and wonderful staff. The owners Sue and her husband are so kind, courteous, open to any suggestions and make sure their staff does quality work.

I was frightened to sit still incase I got Windexed or Ajaxed :) THAT"S how thorough they were. The team never stopped over the day and a half they were there and did a truly professional job. The owners came at various times to make sure I was happy with the work being done. An incredibly dedicated team who all take great pride in their work.

We recently did renovations while we were expecting a baby. They came in and cleaned the entire house from top to bottom each time we renovated a new part of the house. I feel like they are part of the family now. They helped me prepare and clean my house before my daughter arrived and now she's 6 months old and they all want to hold her when they come over. They are extremely reliable and thorough and very sweet. I have had a few emergencies where I needed them quickly as well, and they were very compassionate and accommodating. They will provide whatever service you need. They are so awesome!! Even my dog's bowls sparkle!!

I honestly do not know what I would without this wonderful cleaning company. The ladies are like family very professional .they never stop the entire time they are here. The cleaning is meticulous.they make everything shine and what's old appears new again. They organize my house in ways I never thought possible. I can never thank them enough. Professional and excellent company. Highly recommend. You will never be disappointed .

The staff at a Heart & Saul are thorough and professional. I have been using them since they did the clean up on a condo after a flood in 2011. I highly recommend them to anyone. They go above and beyond in the cleaning they do every 2 weeks. Owners of the business are wonderful to work with.

Heart and Saul did an incredible job. We have a very old (+200 years) house and they we able to make it look new. The beams were cleaned, light fixtures, bathroom fixture, they even took the time to organize the pantry. We discovered items we didn't know we had. Three people arrived on time and spent roughly six hours going from room to room. After the top floor was finished they had us review those rooms to make sure we were happy. From their the moved to the main floor and kept at it until every room sparkled. They are not the cheapest game in town but their work is proof you get what you pay for. Extremely happy customer.

Heart and Saul did an amazing job. They are incredibly thorough. We hired them after we had a major renovation done on the house in order to remove the dust leftover from all the work. Heart and Saul got every spec of dust out of the house -- the moldings sparkle, they cleaned under all the furniture, the bathroom fixtures look like they just came out of the box. They even arranged the towels neatly in the linen closet. It was simply amazing, thorough work. It was better than I would have done and I never would have had the time to do this right. They are very expensive, but the work is well worth it. I am not sure I would use them for regular cleaning but a top to bottom scrub once or twice a year would be well worth the cost.

I don't use a housecleaning service. I clean the house myself (about 90 min a week. So..the house (we have owned it for 11 years) was due for a MAJOR housecleaning. So, if you think the price seems like a lot, I think it was worth every penny. I don't think there is even an inch that they didn't cover. So I would say that if you want the job done right these` are the people to hire. The ladies that came were quiet, efficient, and knew how to "really clean". I was also amazed at their stamina. They were like energizer bunnies that just "kept going". A total of 33 hours was spent cleaning. They cleaned the shelves in my bath room cupboards, putting things neatly away, cleaned door jambs, cleaned in between the windows and the screens and dusted all books (we have hundreds). They hand scrubbed my tile floors (bathrooms a hallway and the kitchen, as well as the florida room) They asked a few questions, but basically I did not have to supervise. I also had the carpets cleaned (that was extra), but the job done was as good as hiring a "carpet cleaner", plus they waxed my wood floors too. I am not moving, I simply wanted the house clean And they did the job well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent. The Foreman listened to our cleaning scope and made it happen. Plus, he traveled from our home in Green Township to his office to pickup supplies with no hassle at all! Very nice people!

They have a team of 3 women, and they are very hardworking. I am very pleased with them. The service in general is very reliable, and the outcome is excellent. They are very organized. Not only do they clean, they also organize. Their price to me is worth what they do. It might be a little high for other people, but for me it is fine.

They arrived exactly on time. 3 ladies cleaned literally all day long for a Spring Cleaning. Our home has never looked this clean. We asked them to do every-other-week service. We absolutely recommend Heart & Saul.

I would whole-heartedly recommend Sue and her cleaning service. I needed my entire house cleaned so that I could put my house on the market. I could NOT have asked for more! Everything was spotless. Did a great job cleaning my newly renovated townhouse from top to bottom prior to my putting it on the market. They showed up on time, ensured I was fully satisfied with the work, and did a thorough, professional, superb job overall. I highly recommend this company.

The service arrived on time and the 3 cleaners worked for 10 hours without a break. They were remarkably thorough leaving nothing in the bedrooms, living room, bathrooms, kitchen and patio uncleaned.

It was incredible. They were the best of the best.

Perfect. Showed up on time everytime, was very nice and easy to work with, either called me right back or actually answered the phone, and did a great job.

I called Heart and Saul a week before I needed them. Susan responded quickly and managed to accommodate my schedule. A for that! She let me know that it would be $100 an hour for 3 cleaners. They arrived early and looked around the home before they began. I let them know what I needed done, an open empty loft, a stairwell and landing which was where the majority of the dust was,

They were very very good. They did a great job and they were really tremendous. They just did the most amazing clean up that I've ever witnessed. They did a lot of work for just 12 hours and I don't think they were expensive. I would highly recommend them.

The cleaning was exceptional - quite possibly the best service I've ever engaged. The work was thorough and very well done. In the end, though, I could not move forward with engaging Heart and Saul on a regular basis, as their rates were double any other quotes I received. I'm sure the quality is reflected in the price, but far too steep for my budget.

I contacted Heart & Saul on 7/20/2012 via the "Email Provider" link on Angie's List and received a call back within minutes. I was utterly shocked by the speed and the woman I spoke with and I both had a good laugh about it. When she asked where I was located and I told her, she wasn't sure where that was; this made perfect sense considering they are located nearly 60 miles away from our home. I'm not sure why Angie's List shows them as servicing our county, but that's where the problem arose. The friendly woman on the phone said that, while they would not be able to justify the time and cost to drive down for regular cleanings, they would be willing to do so for a one-time "spring cleaning" of sorts. I certainly appreciated the generous offer, but politely declined, as I'd prefer to have the same people we settle on for bi-weekly cleaning also do the "initial cleaning". After all, that's the first impression you'll get of their services. I honestly wish Heart & Saul would have been close enough to do the regular cleanings because, if the cordial nature of the woman I spoke with is any indication of the level of service they provide, we would have been well taken care of.

Overall A+ in every way - while I thought my oven was clean - it now looks new.Frig clean and organized. Cleaned behind the washer/dryer/refrig - brought severalladders to reach high areas. Reorganized, or rather organized, closets, drawers -incredible. Better than I ever could have. Bathroom drawers, closets, toilets - youname it. I continue to discover things that they organized and cleaned. I can'twait to have them again! Cost 3 people $95/hour. Worth every penny The work was done - completed - although this form online did not let me complete that Line!

I first met Sue and Herman in 2008 when I found them on Angie’s List as I moved into a new house in Landing. The landlady assured me the house was in “move in” condition but it wasn’t quite up to my standards. The cleaning team came in and did a “spring cleaning” which included cleaning the inside of the oven and refrigerator, washing the door lintels, and removing every bit of dust and dirt. I was amazed. My furniture was coming the next day otherwise I would have used Heart & Saul to clean the carpets too. I was so fortunate that Sue could squeeze me into her schedule too since I had called so close to my move date. Since then, I have called on Heart & Saul to clean my house when I moved out of Landing and into a townhome in Franklin. Each time the cleaning was thorough and I was more than satisfied that I was leaving Landing in ship shape and Franklin was spotless for my move in. In between my moves, I have enjoyed having Heart & Saul clean my homes for me on a regular basis. The cleaning crew consists of three marvelous women who work so well together they are like a well-oiled machine. They tenderly care for all my knick knacks and leave no spot untouched. The organize tabletops and put things away for me and even find places for things that I just haven’t yet found a home for. When time permits, they rearrange my cabinets so that I can find things more easily and free up more space. But best of all when they are finished I have a sparkling clean and fresh home that I love to invite guests to. I do not consider Heart & Saul a luxury but rather a necessity in my life. I am so glad I found them and will continue to use them regularly.
