Elio provided us options to repair the numerous stucco cracks throughout the exterior of our house, explained the repair/replacement processes for each option, and the associated cost. We chose to re-stucco the entire exterior, and the cost was reasonable compared to other proposals. Elio and his workers were professional, punctual and very responsive to our requests and needs. The quality of work was excellent, and Elio never hesitated to correct any issues. We're absolutely happy with Elio/Lempa Construction. In fact, so was our next door neighbor, who also hired Lempa Construction to stucco their house.

Description of Work: after a contractor did not return to finish the stucco work, Elio came to explain everything that was wrong and how to fix it. He was prompt and showed up when promised. He not only gave me a great price, he even discounted it to ease the loss I had with the previous contractor, which he didn't have to do. they finished the work in 3 days and the neighbors are all complimenting how great it looks. Elio is an honest man, trust me. He didn't constantly ask for money all the time as most contractors do. As a matter of fact, he made sure I was happy with the job before making final payment. His guys are also top notch. When I asked them questions, they made sure I was happy with the way things were going and eager to make any changes. It's rare to find honest contractors these days, but Elio is one of them, puts the consumer first. Thank you Elio for a great job and being one of the good guys!!

Description of Work: I was very pleased with the outstanding service provided by Elio and his staff. The stucco looks terrific and it was completed as promised. They cleaned and cleared all materials before leaving the site. I would highly recommended this company for anyone looking to repair or replace the stucco around their house or business.
