BEST CLEANING COMPANY ON THE PLANET! Ive been using this company for over a year now and I couldn't be happier. Mahnaz, the owner, is very knowledgeable and she really knows what she's doing. She thinks outside the box and uses techniques that are cutting edge, effective and smart. -They use absolutely NO chemicals, but their cleaning is the most powerful method. -The steam cleaning gets my home cleaner than I ever thought possible. Upon request, they steam sanitize my mattress, sofa and area rug every time they visit. This kills dust mites and toxins, and it helps me with my allergies. It also makes the house smell soooo fresh. I love that they clean my house, and furniture too!! -They vacuum pretty much the entire time. They don't just push dust around, they vacuum and trap all the dust from shelves, baseboards, windows, surfaces, floors, even couches and chairs. -I always opt for the aromatherapy option.. They let you chose which scent you want. The essential oils give the home even a deeper clean, they also sanitize the air inside the home, and they smell so good.. Best of all, the scent in your home will be purely natural (nothing synthetic).. -The crew are all so friendly, personable and courteous. Mahnaz is very enthusiastic and friendly, she'll does her best to accommodate me and my crazy schedule. They're also pet friendly.

We contacted Green Apple and Mahnaz explained the cleaning process and sounded very enthusiatic. The Green Apple team set a time of arrival and they were punctual. The comtemporary empty 2 bedroom 2 bath were cleaned in the time previously discussed. Everything went smoothly and the apartment was well cleaned. They know their materials and was cautious with the bamboo wood floor. We would definitely recommended the team and will use them again if we have the need in the future.

I contacted Green Apple Steam and Clean a few days before they came out. I was looking for someone to clean my apartment every 2 weeks, and was never 100% satisfied with other companies I've used in the past. We've been in Jersey City for about 5 years. What attracted me to Green Apple was the green cleaning products they used, as well as the "steam" concept, where they steam clean almost everything in your place. After seeing them in action, I have nothing but great things to say! The owner, Mahnaz, was friendly and professional. I was going to be out of town the next week, so she scheduled my appt for the next day, so I wouldn't have to wait until the following week. She and another person arrived on time. I decided to be there for the first cleaning, as to get a feeling for how they work. They work very efficiently and were thorough. They have steam cleaning devices that use 316 degree steam that dries immediately, which allows them to steam everything, including both beds/mattresses, our sofa, floors/carpets, rug, bathrooms/tubs, etc. This kills all bugs, dust mites, etc. She even removed the covers from our AC/Heater units and steamed them -- and now they look like new! Afterwards they wipe down surfaces with aromatherapy oils, which makes your place smell amazing. The initial cleaning took 4 hours -- but our place was spotless! I don't think it was this clean when we first moved in. Future visits would be about 2 hours, so the cost is very reasonable. There is also a discount for service on a consistent basis -- like every 2 weeks. I would like to add that in the past I've had to pay for a separate service to steam clean my carpets, which by itself is an additional $250 easy. The fact that they can steam clean the carpets as part of their process is like getting them done for free as far as I'm concerned. Thanks Green Apple!!

It was great. Everyone I spoke with at Green Apple was friendly, enthusiastic, and personable. Unlike other services I've used, Green Apple charges a flat rate by the hour and provide two technicians to clean together. One of their major selling points is steam cleaning, which is supposed to be a powerful but environmentally friendly cleaning agent. I was initially nervous at how much effort the technicians would put into their work (I've been burned by flat-rate services before), but these fears were unjustified. Both technicians worked exceptionally hard to complete the requested work in the allotted time. I was pleasantly surprised at their focus on the little details (really working on the nooks and crannies that other services tend to overlook). They answered all my questions and graciously honored my last-minute requests. To be honest, my house required a lot of work and I have no complaints about the fantastic job the Green Apple technicians did. My only beef with this experience was the punctuality. I understand the technicians had some issues finding parking on my street - they were about 10 minutes late, and I was not notified, although the delay was explained to me when I called to confirm the appointment. The owner of the company called me after the cleaning to inquire about my satisfaction and to arrange payment. It was clear that she is deeply invested in the company's customer satisfaction, and I am confident that if I had any issues, they would make it right. I highly recommend Green Apple Clean & Steam and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I've been looking for a good cleaning company in Jersey City for 2 yrs and finally found one!! It could not have gone better! The staff is professional, friendly and very courteous! My apartment looked amazing when they finished!! I would recommend this company to anyone and will be using Green Apple Clean and Steam from now on!!!
