Description of Work: Great advice, very honest. I called Carmine's shop to schedule a service call for my hoboken apartment. As I described the issue, he advised me that it was likely a building-related issue, not a unit-specific issue. I then called my building's management company who agreed to address the issue, which will likely be free of charge for me. Greatly appreciate the honesty and feedback from Carmine, especially given he had me against the ropes as I needed the issue addressed right away. In the future, as other plumbing related issues arise, Carmine will be getting a call.

Description of Work: Called to have drain pipe in kitchen replaced and install a new kitchen faucet. He could not make it out on the day I called but came the next day. Given that hurricane Sandy recently blew through and I'm sure he was supper busy. Happy the work is done and it looks professional.

Description of Work: Our pipes froze a couple of years ago- can't remember the exact date but it was the second time it happened!! And a representative from Augmenta came right away and helped us fix them - AND gave tips on how to prevent it from happening in the future (go figure!!) - Awesome!! it hasn't happened since!! Thank you!!!

Description of Work: I was concerned about a possible water leak in my home. Ben and Carmine called before their arrival . They were very prompt and professional. Ben conducted a thorough inspection. They were both very honest and alleviated our fears. I would definitely recommend Carmine P. Auminta Plumbing.

Description of Work: I called about a leaking bath tub. They arrived within an hour, fixed the pipe, and cleaned up after themselves. I've used Aumenta before and had the same experience: they show up quickly, tell you what they're doing and why, and charge reasonably. They're polite and neat -- I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I'm very grateful to Carmine Aumenta Plumbing! Our water heater was flooded in Hurricane Irene and had been sitting in water for more than a week. PSE&G told me they couldn't fix it, and friends said they'd had to replace their heaters under similar conditiions. But CA Plumbing came out to my town and (I"m sorry! I don't remember the name of the young man who came out) promised to try to fix it, kept my expectations low, and did it! I'm hoping to work with them as successfully on a major shower/pipe problem. Thanks you! P.S. This is my first experience with Angie's List, so I'm impressed!

Description of Work: We had a small job -- a gas pipe removal. They sent someone out immediately; the job was done quickly and professionally, and they were polite ( and didn't make a mess). The prices was as quoted. I will definitely use them again.
