The office staff was friendly and helpful, but the actual move was the problem. First off, the three guys that came, only one spoke English so they didnâ t understand anything I was asking them to do. They also were not very pleasant. But worst of all was what they did with my belongings. I was moving my belongings into a storage space and I asked them if they thought it was big enough, as they are the experts, not me. They insisted it was, but after it was over they had shoved my stuff in so tight that things were packed four and five boxes high and the stuff at the bottom was getting crushed. They also were very careless with delicate objects including a 50 year old handmade doll cradle and artwork. For example they had lamps underneath the heavy mattress and the mattress was shoved in so tight that it was blocking the door from opening all the way. I would never use them again and would recommend you not use them either.

Karen and team were efficient and professional. I recommend them to do your job. They were careful of items and pleasure to work with. They packed and then moved items to storage.

Too expensive

Awful! One person spoke a little English and had to translate for the other two crewmen. They were lazy and disorganized and clearly inexperienced. They placed our items in storage so poorly we had to hire two other men to organize the furniture, etc. Do NOT walk... Run from this company!
