It was a small move. Emil and his team were careful and the whole move was perfect.

There was an initial delay of 30 minutes. The three workers performed their tasks professionally; however, their manager imposed excessive charges for materials, including additional duct tapes that were not used, a $30 fuel charge for a short distance, and a $35 toll, among other unreasonable fees. Due to these unexpected costs, I was unable to tip the workers as generously as I had originally planned. I would not recommend this service, as I believe there are better alternatives with more reasonable pricing. Additionally, I was informed at the time of booking that the final payment would be due after the work was completed and all belongings were unloaded at the new location. However, I was charged at the destination before my items were unloaded.

I was impressed by how quickly they completed the move, yet nothing felt rushed. Their professionalism and efficiency made the whole experience stress-free.
