Andrew and his associate did an awesome job. They were running. a little late but they called me to let me know which I thought was great. They were very orderly and very meticulous. They cleaned up everything and my yard looks beautiful. I am going to use them for my lawn service during the summer months.

I have known Andrew for more than 2 years now. He helped me with trimming a tree, few bushes and shrubs sometime in 2012, for the first time, and I was impressed with his professionalism and quality of work. From then on, he's my go to guy for anything I need in my home. When I say anything, I mean it "ANYTHING". He helped me with lawn maintenance many times. He and his uncle, who was a professional electrician, together helped me with running some electrical connections and installing ceiling fans and light fixtures. He is very professional and loves his job.

Andrew and his associates were excellent. The job actually took several days to complete due to the mess of a back yard that the previous home owners called "a garden". Tons of brush was removed, stumps were removed or ground down and all the debris was hauled away. Andrew called each time to let us know when he would be here and always scheduled the next visit at the end of each day he was here. In our opinion, the price was unbeatable and the work was done to a higher standard than what we expected. We have no problems recommending him to our friends and will continue to use him for future property maintenance needs. In fact, we've already scheduled another clean out pick up with him in the next couple of days.

I have used Andrew's services on and off the last couple of years and am always satisfied with the outcome. I have recommended him numerous times as well. He is honest and hardworking. Which unfortunately is very rare for young people today.

Andrew supplied his own snow blower and his assistant did most of the snow removal while Andrew went up the ladder onto my roof to clear off my solar panels using a Sno Brum and long extension pole we assembled. After doing an excellent job at my house, I sent him over to take care of the widow across the street's driveway, and then my mother-in-law's driveway and walkway. Since I've used Andrew before for Holiday Lights, leaf cleanup, and gutter cleaning, I trusted he'd do a great job for me again, and I was pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend Revolution Property Maintenance, and I am hiring him to be my regular lawn man in the summer.

After contracting Andrew to install my holiday lights and Christmas displays, I was happy to have him back to remove them after the holidays. He arrived on time, after texting me that he was on his way, and we went over what I wanted done. I trust Andrew to navigate my roof, as I have a rather large solar power system up there, and I know that he can properly get around without damaging either the panels or himself!! He took down the Christmas lights that he had put up, wrapped them up and labeled them for next year, and put them neatly in totes in my basement. He also took down the manger scene that was above my door and re-packed that into its box. He removed the shooting star display from my tree and packed that away as well. While he was here, I also had him regrade a planting bed behind my house that had eroded from an overflowing downspout. (He also unclogged the downspout and removed the leaves near the pop-up emitter.) He cleared out plant debris from in front of my house. I also asked him to fix a problem I had in the wiring of my landscape lights, but he told me he didn't feel qualified to do that (I appreciate him saying that, rather than messing it up!!) Overall, Andrew did a neat and efficient job and I will most likely hire him to be my regular groundskeeper for the summer months.

Andrew said to expect him between 8 and 9 and I texted him at 8:30 to see when he was coming, and he told me "after 9". He showed up with his helper around 9:30 and got right to work. Andrew did an excellent job at installing my pre-existing lights, and was able to navigate my roof even though I have solar panels installed. When he came to give me the estimate, I also paid him to clean my gutters, which he made quick work of and he did a great job. On the lights, Andrew and his helper worked well together, and made quick work of the installation, even though it was a very cold and windy day. Upon inspection, I found a bare spot in the large evergreen with no lights, - Andrew was happy to add another set to the tree in order to fill that in while his helper was busy bringing a bunch of holiday totes up from the basement for me. Overall, I'm very happy with the work Andrew did, and I would definitely hire him again in the future.
