Econo was quick, efficient and affordable. Perry did such a great job I hired Econo to come back the next day and power wash the back porch.

I am so happy that I found this company. It was a complete pleasure dealing with Perry from the first phone call. He is pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and my house and deck look wonderful. I will definitely be using his company from now onn.

Perry, originally gave his price over the phone ok. He is familiar with our development, so he has an idea of what it would be. He came out and we went over the job. Right off the bat he had asked about the gutters and fascia age. The gutters are 3 years old, fascia is 20 year old. He said he would try a small spot to see if the result was ok or if I was prepared to repaint them if the "powder coating came off, no. I had asked if he was using an acid base detergent, he said no. I had agreed for him to do the job and he came and did it. My daughter was home at the time, she called me about his job while he was still there. I had her ask Perry if he did the whole house with his detergent, he replied yes. I asked what about the walkway and he said yes he did it, which came out good. The gutters & fascia, no. When I came home I went around the house to check his work and went on the roof, I noticed he did not do one side of the house, called him while standing on the roof, he apologized and would come out and do that. Came down off the roof and looked at the gutters & fascia, got a bottle of fantastic, sprayed it on small area, set less than a minute, wiped it with my fingers and rinsed it off with the hose and it was clean like new. He text me he came to my house and finished the side of the house. I was not home or else I would have shown him what I had did. He had text me for payment, last week and I stated it would go out this week which it did. I spent this past Sunday, washing all my gutters and fascia. When on the roof, I had noticed the front of the house was not cleaned above the windows, so I cleaned that too. Very displeased, why contact him again after the check already went out and more so, coming back a 2nd time for a 3rd time when it should have been done the 1st time. I understand people miss things, were human beings, but also you have to check your work. Sorry, would not recommend.

They could have taken more time. There were skips and misses on trim some were cleaned and the next window wasn't. Mold lines under clapboard weren't cleaned and next one was. Advise TAKE THE TIME DON'T RUSH. Although they were very personable.

Perry was a real pleasure to work with. He was highly responsive by phone and text as we were trying to land on the date for powerwashing the deck. He showed up at exactly 7:30am and got right to it, and finished the deck and furniture in a little over 1 hour. Everything looked great. There were even a few other spots that he felt needed cleaning, which he 'threw in' as part of the agreed upon cost. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Terry was very pleasant to work with, as were his assistants. He gave me fair pricing and made extra effort to cater to my requests. His overall ratings speak for themselves.

These guys were on time, courteous, and careful. They did everything they said they would and cleaned up afterwards. Excellent job
