As always with Abarb, today's service went very well. Like all the representatives, Junior Santana wore protective coverings over his shoes while in the house, and behaved in the most professional manner. We have a pet cat and we are concerned about the safety of our cat as well as our own safety, and we have a high level of confidence that Abarb 's representatives respect that and do everything possible to minimize adverse exposure. Junior carefully explained everything he was doing, and asked if I had any questions. He told me what to expect regarding the behavior of the ants after being exposed to the treatment. He was extremely thorough in his inspection for pest activity. The invoice he provided detailed everything that he had done. We recently renewed our annual contract with this company because we are extremely pleased with their service. The price outlined above reflects an estimate of our current annual fee. Abarb is an extremely professional and responsive company. For the quarterly service, I receive a postcard reminder with the scheduled date and whether the service will be in the morning or afternoon. I can call to get a somewhat narrower window or to make a change if necessary. The people who answer the phones are always responsive and professional. We have had only the most positive experiences dealing with Abarb, and we were very happy with the service provided today by Junior Santana.

I asked Sue to schedule a home inspection to look for the presence of bed bugs. I received an appt. within a few days and today "Junior" met me at my home for the home inspection. I greeted him at the door and he kindly put on booties before entering my home. He was a very nice gentleman that inspected all of my bedrooms and family room. Fortunately, he did not find any bed bug activity! However, he took his time to anwser any questions that I had and gave me good advice as to how to not carry bed bugs home with me when traveling. "Junior", like Sue, is a great reflection of Abarb; very nice people, looking out for the best interests of their customers. I would highly recommend Abarb in the future to anyone looking for resolution or in my case "peace of mind".

The are punctual, professional and reliable completing covering both the in and outside of the house. The only issue is with the aging of the staff they are reluctant to go into the attic, which admittely difficult to acces, unless some is watching and specifically asks them to do so..otherwise they just throw rodent traps from the access.

Technician arrive at time scheduled. Performed service quickly and expertly. Very professional. Have been using Abarb for more than 25 years and always very satisfied.

I hired Abarb to come and take care of some Carpenter Ants I was seeing in my house since winter. When I called I was advised about a year home protection plan they offer. Since I live in a wooded area, throughout the year there's always an issue with some kind of insect such as Cave Crickets and Spiders. I took advantage of the year long protection plan to have peace of mind and to address small issues periodically before they become a nightmare. Today they came and sprayed and dusted inside my house, along with dusting underneath my cedar shake siding. Since it was drizzling and rain expected to come for the next 24hrs, they are going to come back and spray the entire perimeter when its dry next week. I have had another company here in the past when I initially moved into my home but they were nowhere near as thorough, professional and enthusiastic as the 2 guys that came here today from Abarb.

Wasn't sure if I had damage due to termites or carpenter ants and was relieved to find it was just water damage from back drip from a faulty gutter. They were very polite and didn't charge for the visit which was double good news.

We had a live hornet's nest in a large tree in our tart about 12 feet off the ground and a output the size of a football. The exterminator came out right in time and took are of it in 5 minutes. Professional, communicative, personable, informative and fairly priced. All-in-all excellent work.

We have been using them for quite a long time, and we continue to use them. They come quarterly and we have an annual service contract with them. They are very punctual, realiable, and if I have a problem, they are always willing to take care of it.

Bob came out on schedule and inspected the damage and determined that it was not caused by insects. Then he proceeded to inspect the entire house inside and out to determine if we had and other insect or rodent infestations. His thorough inspection turned up no problem areas. We then discussed the price for yearly maintenance with quarterly visits. I told Bob that since we had no visible issues I would decline this service but would gladly pay for his time (almost one hour) to perform the inspection, He told me their was no charge. Although I didn't have any issues, it was nice to know that honest, low pressure professionals still exist in this world. Absolutely recommend this company to anybody in need or an exterminator or just a free inspection.

I have been using them for a long time. I have an annual contract with them. They check the property quarterly. I pay yearly. Overall, I rate them highly.

We live in the woods, so they take care of our house. We have no complaints about them.

They are excellent. We have had them for years. They are very thorough and they do not try to sell me things that I do not need. They are very honest and trustworthy. They seem to solve my problems. There is a certain fee, which they charge to come every three months.

They come to our house about four times a year. At our last appointment they sprayed the exterior of our home and inside our basement for pest control. They quality of their work is good, the staff is also very professional.

Terrific. I picked up the contract of the home's previous owners when we purchased the home. Since the service never lapsed, Abarb agreed to continue the same price - which is terrific. Frances (the technician) came and did a complete inspection of the house, placed bait where needed, confirmed there were no existing problems, and addressed a couple of concerns that I had. He reiterated that I shouldn't hesitate to call at any time if I had any additional concerns or saw signs of a problem.

It's a local company. I've been using them for the past 28 years. They do quarterly service. They come in and check for mosquitoes and mice as we have a lot of problems with mice here. They put some traps up in the attic. They do the termite inspection once a year. They are reasonable and good. They are local and don't go all over. I've had a couple of problems over the years and they've taken care of it. I had a bee's nest in the attic and they came and took care of that for me. I pay once a year and it covers everything. I think for bee's nest it was extra. If I have any problems, they come and take care of it. They do a good job in the area. I would continue to use them in the future.

It's a small company and owned by the family. The guy seemed knowledgeable about what he was doing. He was pretty professional too. I've had them do the same thing before as well. He is prompt and reasonable.

They have got experience and they provide good service as well.

Generally, the company is responsive and punctual. They note that should we have a pest problem in the interim (between inspections), we should call and they will be right out without an additional charge.

We have noticed no termites since we have been using this company and we've been with them for years. We use them not because we had termites, but because we do not want any. They do their job and we have never ever had any problems with them.

I LIKE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY COME AND DO THEIR WORK REALLY QUICKLY. THEY ARE NEVER IN MY WAY. THEY CHARGE ME A GOOD PRICE AND WE HAVE NOT HAD A PEST PROBLEM SINCE WE STARTED USING THEM.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR WORK AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. I HAVE USED THEM FOR ABOUT TWENTY YEARS NOW AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB. I HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM WITH PESTS IN A VERY LONG TIME.

I THINK THEY ARE A PRETTY GOOD COMPANY. MY NEIGHBOR RECOMMENDED THEM TO ME. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE. THEY ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

THIS COMPANY CALLS THREE WEEKS IN ADVANCE TO SET UP A TIME. IF I HAVE A PROBLEM , THEY TAKE THE TIME TO FIND IT. I HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THEM. I THINK THEY ARE EXCELLENT.
