We had a new service person, Junior Santana. From now on, we would request him as our maintenance person. Abarb has made our home pest free.

The technician was very professional.. He check all the area of concern. He changed traps that needed to be changed. I told him I had a mouse by my cat food and he noticed a gap near my baseboard heat. He sealed it for me and there was no extra charge.

Both representatives from Abarb were excellent. Both showed up on time, were personable and polite, and performed beyond our expectations. Sal took care of setting traps in locations we had not thought of. Junior, who came for the follow-up visit, discovered how the mice were entering the kitchen.. He cleaned the area and advise how we could fix the problem. I have used Abarb's services in the past and have always been satisfied. This experience, however, was superior, and that is due to the knowledge, resourcefulness, and helpfulness of the representatives.

We have been using Abarb for 20+ years, but this was our first visit from a new exterminator, Juniur Santam. He was so great, professional and accommodating. We had several areas of concern in both the house and cabana and he was careful to address every issue. He walked through the premise with me first, and took note of everything I said. Jumiur was courteous, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. I am hoping he'll be my serviceman from now on.

Mr. Santana was very knowlegeable, he told me what thy put down and what to look for in the future.

I have a yearly contract with Abarb to check my house for any pest problems. I had my regular service appointment about a month and a half ago. As mentioned above, my problem was with tiny ants that appear often in Spring (attracted by water) especially around the foundation and in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room on the first floor. I called Abarb, explained my problem, and they sent a wonderful gentleman to take care of the problem. His name was Junior Santana and he was a pleasure to have to deal with. He was exceedingly polite and highly proficient in his job. He explained in great detail the causes of my problem and the solutions he was about to offer. He consistently asked if I had and questions or concerns or if, while he was there, I had any other problems. He was very neat and made sure not to drag any dirt into the house even though the weather outside was terribly rainy and the ground was saturated. He finished quickly and left a detailed explanation of his actions. He was very, very polite and reassuring.

We had Faustino Santana with Abarb come to our home today and I honestly felt like I made a friend! He was the nicest man, so polite, and answered all of my crazy questions about spiders! We will only ever use Abarb because we've never had a bad experience with them, I never find any unwanted pests in the house so they do a job well done, and it's people like Faustino that keep us coming back!!! Hands down the most professional pest service around! Thank you Faustino for such a wonderful experience!

The exterminator, Junior Santana was very polite and professional. He was also very thorough. He told me what, if any pests he found in traps in the basement and garage. In addition, he placed some copper screens in holes at the sides of the garage where perhaps mice, rats or chipmunks could get through. I really appreciated he did that. Finally, not every exterminator checks the attic, but he gladly did.

Your technicians are a pleasure to deal with. They are always on time. Do their jobs and are out asap.

Sue was on time. Examined dropping and said it was not mice but carpet butler. Told me how to get rid of them.

They are excellent. They schedule the appointment at our convenience. Always on time, always professional. They even put protectors on their shoes before they come into the house. They always introduce themselves ( we usually have the same inspector tho). They encourage the homeowner to ask any questions, show any problem areas. They give you all the time you need to discuss any problems. They found a huge beehive by our chimney that we never saw and removed it all immediately. They returned 2 weeks later to re-inspect the beehive to make sure it was completely gone. Any problems between quarterly inspections are handled immediately. Thank you Junior Santana!
