Lander responded to my call right away. I needed the roof repaired per FHA before I could close on the property I was buying, Lander came out right away and the work was done shortly thereafter. The price was right too. He didn't try to beat me over the head with the price knowing that I needed the work done right away. Would definitely use American Exteriors again.
