I have been searching for an alarm system for my home. I wanted Honeywell products to be used. Brothers installs Honeywell. I first attempted to contact them via their website. Filled out contact info and submited it to them over their site, I never got a call or reply after 4 days. I gave them the benifit of doubt, maybe whoever was in charge of they was on vacation or somehing. So I called left a message. played phone tag for 2 days, then finally got ahold of somone in customer service. After asking me several questions about the house and what I wanted, they stated they would have to come take a look to give me an accurite price. I said no problem. They stated they would have to call me back they would have to set up an appointment with a technician. 2 days later I got a call back and they said they would be available any day next week from 8 am to 12 pm. They couldnt give me an exact time... so I said ok how about Monday. No problem they said. Monday at 10 am I got a call from Melissa, said their tech had to go on an emergency and would not make it today. She asked if they could reschedule. Thursday was better for me at this point my wife stayed home a few hrs from work to be there for this first appointment. I again asked if they could narrow it down just a tad, maybe make me the first stop on Thursday morning at 8 am. They said sorry we cant make they prommise. On Monday at 12 pm I recieved a quote on a new alarm system from the "other company" who I had made an appointment with on Friday. The "other guys" came out on time, were very professional, quoted me the system I wanted in 24 hrs, so I went with them. I then called Brothers to cancel. They at least did return my calls but took a very long time to do so, and couldnt stick to the 4 hr appointment window to sell me $2000 worth of product... I decided to spend my money elsewhere.
