My wife was home for the plumber. The technician was on time. He explained exactly what the problem was, showed it to her, and gave her a price. She agreed and he did the service on the spot. Very polite, and seemed very honest as well. Everything you can ask for in a plumbing company or any company.

Our old sink pump stopped working - they replaced it for us. Gallagher's is always quick to call back, schedule an appt., and complete the job professionally. We have used them before and will certainly use them again. They have been the most honest and trusted-worthy plumber we have worked with in our area.

All went well. He showed up on time and worked at a stead pace. His workmanship was the best, everything was done nice and neat.

Even though they were busy they found time to come and unclog my drain. They diagnosed the issue and repaired it and I haven't had a problem since. They were professional and extremely clean. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

This company was referred to me by my neighbor. I then checked their name on Angies's List. To my surprise, they were on it! I figured I couldn't go wrong with all the good reviews and my neighbor liking them so much. Well I was right! I placed the call and was greeted politely, and scheduled a time to come. She told me Orlando would be here to do the work. He showed up on time and was extremely polite, curteous, and a hard worker. Oh and VERY NEAT! You wouldn't even know I had work done. He even scraped away all the old junk (stuff under old faucet) off the top of my sink before installing the new one. Then I looked around to throw out the old faucet and he took care of it! I was quite impressed!!! I wish I could show a picture of how nice the new faucet looks. Then Orlando went to fix our furnace, we couldn't believe how fast and neat he was doing all that he did. After all was done, we asked about some future work in our bathroom and kitchen. Orlando explained in detail how he could fix it and called office to confirm prices for us. We feel very lucky to find such a conscientious, hard working company. We will be using this company again soon.

Awesome experience. Owner called very quickly after receiving message to set up service call. Field service person was prompt and very polite. Also explained the issue we had very clearly. Part needed to be ordered and service person came back as promised to install. We used another local company last year that could not fix the problem. We did not want to go another winter having our unit turn on and off in error. Would recommend this company highly. Found them in the local directory.

The gentleman arrived on time, was courteous, and charged a reasonable price. He did a great job with the washer and dryer, but my bathroom sink is now leaking from the shut off valve on which he worked. Furthermore, he didn't have the appropriate washers for the pipe issues. Additionally, he didn't honor the Angie's List discount being offered, and he said he would have to rewrite the entire bill when I brought this to attention. I told him to forget about the discount after he said this.

They did all necessary diagnostics and recommended local well company Brian Drilling Co Inc , they were very prompt and professional also. In couple of hours problem solved for reasonable fee.

My 75 gal. water heater was leaking. I called Gallager's and was told someone would be outwith the hour. Right on time someone came, look at my water heater. Sure enough it hadrun it's course. They took down some information and said he would call back and tell me ifthey had a tank in stock and how much it would cost. They called back within ten minutes. Imade an appointment for the following morning at 7 am. They were here right on time. Dida great job. Put down cloth tarps to protect my floors and cleaned up the work site completely.Took about 2 1/2 hours. Cost what they quoted me. I was very satistied with all aspects ofthe work.

They were about an hour late for their appointment. The person was nice and their work was clean. They solved the overflowing problem on the first trip but cause the toilet to be clogged. They ended up coming out 2 more times to actually solve the issue. They did not charge extra for the extra trips. The price was reasonable and he did stick with it until the job was done.

They came in the same day I called them and performed the service very neatly. I was very satisfied with the service. I have now used them three times in the past year, and each time I was very pleased.

I called to schedule an appointment and let them know the problem we were facing. The person who answered the phone was very pleasant and understanding. They were able to move a few appointments around and told me they would have someone at the house in an hour. Sure enough just under an hour the doorbell rang and it was Orlando (when I called they told me the name of the plumber who would be coming to the house). Orlando promptly fixed the pipes and replaced all necessary parts. He was extremely curtious (even took off his shoes before coming in to the house without being asked). In an hour the work was complete. Orlando showed me the work that was done and was on his way. I was very pleased with the prompt curtious service we received.

The work was very efficiently performed, he answered all my questiosn, gave me options for the proposed next job and was very professional. The cost was time and materials so I appreciated his efficiency.

We recently had a toilet replaced by two of Dave's employes. They were prompt, neat and quite cordial. I've had plumbing work in the past by different providers and frankly, this is the most pleased and satisfied that I've ever been. I would not hesitate using Gallagher's Plumbing in the future. The workers actually removed their shoes when entering our home so they would'nt dirty our rug. My wife and I were very impressed.

They did a phenomenal job. They did an excellent job and I would use them again in a second. They showed up on time. They were meticulous and the quality of the work was very neat. They cleaned up and you would never even know that somebody had been there to work. It was really superb work.

He was very nice. He came and was super quick. He did everything pretty quickly. He gave me the bill and paid him the money. His hourly rate is $135 and $10 for the stopper on the pipe, which had to be replaced. He was a really nice guy. I would definitely recommend him. He was very helpful and also gave tips on what I should do and walked me through it, as I was doing a self project; and he really didn't have to do that. His price was in line with the others and it was a good price. I would use him in future if needed.

They fixed the leak quickly. They had to replace a part as well and I feel that the price was fair.
