We are very pleased with our experience with Top Royal Construction . They just finished replacing siding, window trim, gutters on our house as well as aluminum trim and windows on our garage doors, all of which were damaged from a tree falling. They were so easy to communicate with! The company owner answered all of my questions and conveyed every step as the job was in progress. The house looks great! Very pleased and will definitely recommend them.

Great experience! Roof and siding were done as described during the estimate, completed on time, and look great. The owner is a very good guy. If he tells you he will do something, he does it without playing any games. I gut renovated my entire house and he was one of the few contractors that does the job right. Thanks again!

After receiving what I felt was a reasonable estimate, they installed my new roof. The work was completed in one day. The workers were polite and quiet (no loud radios) and efficient. They left my property clean and orderly.

We set up the appointment for an estimate. They arrived on time looked over the project, discussed a few things and give an estimated cost for the project. A week later the project was completed and i was satisfied. I would definitely use this company again.

Excellent service from beginning to end. From the salesman, project manager, installers, cleanup crew and owner of the company. All involved were extremely professional. Work was done in an expedient, timely manner. Would very highly recommend. And will definitely use for upcoming home projects.

They were friendly. They showed up each day what was accomplished. They did a beautiful job replacing our roof fixing the chimney and replacing the gutter. I would recommend them to do it to anyone else.

Workers were profession and finished the job on time. Also cleaned up and made sure there was no debris left in the driveway or neighbor's driveway. They did not leave until the foreman returned to inspect the job. The foreman also stopped by a number of times to advise of the progress they were making and of some roofing issues that were discovered. The roof never looked so good.

We have been absolutely impressed with our overall experience with Top Royal Construction. Our roof was in need of full replacement.They came at the time and took care of everything. Afterward, they made sure that everything was picked up around my house, insured no nails or anything were hidden anywhere, and showed me the changes that were made. The roof looks great, too! I'm very pleased with the work that Bes and his team did and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.
