They were really thorough and paid good attention to detail. They were very good at explaining their recommendations and why it would lead to the best long term outcome. I didnâ t feel overly pressured to accept the expanded scope of work proposed. We were initially looking to do skylight repair and replacement as well as fix a broken gable vent. But when the skylight and flashing were removed, Top Royal discovered all the plywood around it was rotted because the existing shingles had been installed wrong. They showed my wife and I exactly how they were installed and how they should have been installed to prove out they werenâ t making it up. They even offered to stick to fixing the damaged part of the roof. But they were honest that the original quote was ballooning because of the wood work now required. They worked out a fair price to fix the damage and replace the rest of the roof as well as all our skylights so weâ d know it was done right and we wouldnâ t have to do it again for a long time. There were small little extras that they didnâ t do - for example replacing the skylights made a mess inside the house that they didnâ t offer to come in and clean. But aside from that they were thorough and professional, and in watching them work I do have peace of mind that the job was done right and will last.

Well I have a little bit of a different review. Today I was at the transfer station dumping my elderly neighbors Appletree of which I really didnt want to make two trips so I packed that dang thing in there so tight (480 lbs of branches). No good deed goes unpunished, right I was struggling but was determined to get those branches out, definitely not as quick as I planned. A member of this team came to offer his help. I can not thank him enough, I was stressing that I may now be late to school pick up. He had a smile on his face the whole time and was just so nice, in fact the whole team was they caught my eye earlier working together busting a move on their dump trailer load. They finished before we where able to and patiently waited, I felt so bad. Three other construction companies where near me and not a single one even noticed, they came and went. I cant thank you enough for going above, beyond and outside of your duties. I will definitely be using you in the future for any roofing or gutter needs. Just goes to show what kind of values this company and its employees have and that there still are a few good (and hard working) humans around!

He was great. He had wonderful people. Came with a crew of two or three guys. They were prompt and on time. He is a very nice man. He looked at the roof. He is knowledgeable and friendly. They even fixed my satellite dish when installing the roof. I really appreciated that because it saved me from having to call them myself.
