Pro One just finished the extension of my brick patio and I am thrilled to be able to review my experience. From the initial phone contact with Bert, to job completion, I couldn't ask for better communication and service. I happened upon the Home Advisor site after two frustrating experiences "on my own" - companies that never called back or made an appointment and never showed. So I was already apprehensive and discouraged! All three professionals recommended by Home Advisor came to my home to give estimates. I went with Pro One for several reasons: Bert (and his dad) came out on a Sunday, had a good understanding of exactly the work that needed to be done, gave me a written proposal on the spot, and as a bonus, had the best price. Once I accepted the proposal, Bert answered all questions and clarifications that I had in a timely manner. Whenever I called and left a message, Bert returned my calls within the hour. When he contacted me and wanted to know if I wanted the job completed before Memorial Day, I jumped at the chance. His crew came on time, as scheduled. When an unforseen problem arose mid-job, Bert contacted me right away to work out a solution. As a result, the job couldn't be completed in one day, and the guys were back first thing this morning. My patio is now complete, and the workmanship looks perfect. As a bonus, the debris was cleaned up too. I will not hesitate to use Pro One in the future if I have other repairs that need to be done; I am so appreciative of their customer service and the quality and fair price of their work that I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends, family and other Home Advisor subscribers.

Pro One did a great job with my sidewalk and driveway apron replacement. Bert was a pleasure to deal with. The job was completed quickly, professionally and all debris was hauled away. I will be using them again for my backyard.

Pro One did a fantastic job repairing a cinderblock retaining wall that was hit by a truck. Bert came when scheduled to write an estimate and was prompt and courteous. His price was fair and the work quality was excellent. They completed the job as promised and cleaned up the job site before leaving!

We hired Pro One to replace damaged concrete on our pool decking. Pro One did excellent work! They were quick in responding to our contact, gave a thorough proposal for the work to be done, including cost and timing.
