This company was fantastic. From the day they showed up for our estimate to the follow-up and the actual popcorn ceiling removal and painting. They are on time, and kept the mess to a minimum - even the removal of the popcorn ceilings was done with minimal mess. Great job with the ceilings guys!! Hired Richard K. Moore Professional Painting to repaint our upstairs hallway and guest bedroom. We are in an old old house and there was some plaster touch ups needed. They did a great job patching it up and we are very happy with the quality of work (patch and paint). Painters were attentive and easy to work with. Would definitely hire again!

I called in several painters to look at my job. A couple over charged, would take longer than necessary, had one helper, acted alone and the job would take forever. There were issues. Richard and Diane were very friendly and gave me a good estimate. Not even hired, when they left they gave me a gift. Of course that left an impression (loved it). They always came on time. They said the job would take about 3 days to finish, and was finished in TWO days. There were four men that used the latest equipment, etc. They were extremely careful, moved everything nicely. Everything was put back into its place. I am thoroughly happy with the work ethics and work that was done by Richard K. Moore Painting. You will have no regrets hiring a company that is insured and responsible. They take pride in their work. I even received a gift card at the end of the job. I love Richard and Diane and they will be back when I need more work done...without hesitation!!!

It went great! Rich and Diane came out to do the estimate, and presented me with a tiny mason jar with peanut butter M & M's. From then, i knew it was going to go very well. They gave me a great estimate for the job, and I hired them on the spot. Their painters came on time. They worked hard until the job was complete. Their clean up was great! I will definitely use them again, and would highly recommend them as well.

Richard and Diane were a breath of fresh air to work with after a handful of regrettable experiences with work we have had done on our home. They are friendly, incredibly responsive, and on top of that have extremely competitive pricing. The painters were prompt, courteous, and did a phenomenal job. I'm a bit sad that I have no painting jobs left to do inside - - I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Rich and Diane run a great business! Estimate request: scheduling, site visit and quote took only a couple days from my first call. Diane was helpful and responded to requests for information promptly and courteously. She was delightful to deal with throughout the process. We scheduled a date and the team was prompt and respectful. The whole job took a couple days and was completed in a very professional manner. They even helped change bulbs in some high fixtures at the end. Diane called to check after the job to make sure everything went well and follow-up on any questions or issues.

The whole experience, from getting an estimate to clean up after work completion, was done very professionally. Rich and crew were very considerate and pleasant to work with as to minimize the disruption caused by moving then replacing furniture in our living space. We will definitely rehire them for the quality of their work and great customer service.

Richard Moore was a pleasure. From my first phone call to schedule a price quote his company was polite and friendly. There is ease of scheduling and quick time to get an appointment for the day of painting. I was so pleased with Richards’s work I have hired him back to paint all the rooms in my home. His work is beautiful. No drips, no little paint flecks. He is extremely neat. He painted my mantel and his detail painting is spotless.

Excellent! Both Richard Moore and associate did a terrific job. Walls and ceiling look like new. Would definitely recommend.

I first met with Richard and Diane. They came to my house at the agreed date and time. They reviewed the job immediately. They did an estimate with me there and told me to call them if I wanted them to start the job. I accepted their offer and called them back a couple of weeks later. They set up a date with me on the phone to start the work. He also recommended different stains to use. On the scheduled date the deck was power washed. The whole deck came out amazing. Then we scheduled the next date for the stain. The gentleman showed up at the scheduled date and time. I had a couple of steps replaced in the meantime. So those were never stained. The painter who showed up to do the job was very professional and very picky about his work. He told me he would stain the new steps twice. After the second coat he still was not happy with the result. He then added a third coat after my approval. He ran out of time the first day because of the extra work. So he scheduled to come back the next day with me before he left. The next day he showed at the scheduled time. He finished the whole job and he said he was satisfied with the finished result. In talking with him at the end of the job, I found out that he was the one who had power washed the deck and stained it. He told me he used bleach to get rid of the mold and mildew that had formed. My previous other painters just power washed the deck and they would use a lesser stain for the same job. I could tell that this company is a step above the rest. If you need something a little better than the 'regular normal', I would recommend Richard K. Moore for your job. They take the time and make sure at the end that it comes out right, TO YOUR SATISFACTION. The way you would do it on your own possessions.

Rich is not only a fantastic painter and a wonderful human being! we have been using Rich to paint in our homes for more than 10 years... no one compares to Rich on price and quality. Our new home has a tremendous amount of wood and molding, for me, i think this is where Rich excels... his lines are perfect! He is extremely professional, finishes on time and there's never mess. we recommend him 1000%!

They were very pleasant to work with. The painted is very well done and they mover furniture, put it back and cleaned up after themselves. My house siding looked brand new. I thought it was faded; it was just dirty. I will hire them again.

My bride and I work out of our home and concerned that having people in the house moving furniture and painting would be a distraction. We barely knew they were here. they went about their work and wow what an excellent job they did. They arrived exactly at the time that stated they would be here.
