A project was big. We made full size bathroom from laundry room and built walk in closet from old bathroom. Project required 8 inspection from the township. Everything went very smoothly and we were very satisfied with work quality, time management and professionalism.

Couldn’t be happier with the complete remodel of our master bathroom. Work was performed on time and within our budget. We ended up hiring Highlander to continue with some more projects including our downstairs powder room.

Highlander does a great job. This is our second project with them and we continue to be pleased with the high level of craftsmanship, professionalism and courtesy that they bring to the project.

We wanted to completely renovate 2 full and one half bathrooms in our home. Once we finalized what we wanted to do, we were looking for contractors. Eyal was referred to us by a friend whose bathrooms Eyal had renovated. We called Eyal and a couple of other contractors (also through referrals) to come over and give us an estimate. We were comfortable with Eyal's estimate / availability as it was more in line with what we had in mind. He patiently explained and took measurements and gave ideas having looked at our bathroom layouts. He was very prompt in giving us an itemized estimate and his availability. It took as some time to get all our bathroom design and materials in order. Coordinating design / colors for vanities, wall / floor tiles, bathroom niche / faucets, grouts and countertop and shopping around for what had in mind is no easy task. Once we had them in order and materials delivered, Eyal committed to start the work at a mutually agreed date. Eyal was very prompt through out the period of work and worked long hours cheerfully. He was very accommodative for changes - big and small - made sense for reward him for significant changes to the estimate based on our additional needs. He worked through the constraints as there were surprises after tearing down walls and tiles he had to work around the frames / pipes we had to deal with. Thanks to him - our bathrooms are looking wonderful! We were impressed with his work and he is easy to do business with. He even installed a shed and took up minor carpentry work we were in need of. He requested that we write a review of the renovation work and we are very happy to do so. We wish him well and highly recommend him!

Beautiful job, I'm extremely happy with Highlander! Not only was Eyal's work great, but he also was very responsive. He completed the job in the time frame promised, returned calls or messages right away, showed up when he said he would, which from my experience, is unusual! I would most definitely highly recommend Highlander Renovations and use again for other projects.

Excellent work. Eyal was very responsive to phone call and was able to get out to start work shortly after request. Did a thorough job and in a short amount of time. Bathtub looks like new. Would recommend Eyal to friends and would hire for future projects.

We purchased a bank owned property with a 203K standard renovation loan. Because of the state the house was in, we could not obtain a CO. It was mandated by the bank that we had to hire a licensed general contractor, that met certain criteria's, to complete the repair work under the 203K loan requirements. Finding the right general contractor was critical for the proper completion of a 203k-funded rehab project. After a long bidding process, we were very lucky to have found and hired Highlander Renovations. Eyal was trustworthy, experienced and very reliable. The money disbursement for the loan required a lot of paper work and Eyal did a seamless job working with the HUD consultant and getting all the documentation filled on time. Our renovation was extensive: siding, roof, plumbing, electric, new kitchen, bathrooms, mold remediation, landscaping, HVAC...etc. You name it. And Eyal managed to get it all done in less than 5 months. He worked with a huge team of subcontractors - managing worksite, developing estimates and negotiating prices, quality control and scheduling. Eyal kept an open communication, was always available to discuss with us any changes or concerns. Impeccable punctuality, responsible and dependable. What else can one wish for in a GC? The home looks brand new and beautifully updated. Looking forwards to working with Highlander Renovation again.

Highlander’s Eyal Abramov exceeded our every expectation! He was knowledgeable, honest, highly-skilled, easy to work with, reliable, fair, friendly, professional, clean and punctual. He worked around our vacation schedule. He was patient (months!) when my wife and I could not agree on tile. His skills in every area of construction saved us thousands on sub-contractors. In the end, our bathroom is more beautiful than I had ever expected and came in right on budget. No bad surprises. I would absolutely recommend Highlander and Eyal to anyone seeking to remodel their bathroom. You won’t be disappointed.

Eyal and his team are very professional, and do a great job every time. We have used them for various renovations in our commercial offices in Red Bank and Medford, NJ. Eyal coordinates multiple subcontractors as well, from painting to electrical to carpeting, etc. The jobs were completed on time and on budget.

Eyal saved us the aggravation that sometimes come with home projects especially when my husband and I work a busy schedule. Eyal is easy to work with. He makes the projects easy to deal with and make them affordable depending on the budget you have allotted for them. We were quite happy with how he renovated the main hallway bathroom so we hired him again to renovate our master bathroom and the powder room. We kept adding on more projects. He fixed our garage ceiling. He did our kitchen backsplash, painted the kitchen and install new exhaust fan. We get a lot of compliments for all the bathrooms and kitchen he renovated. From installing tiles, bathroom doors, toilets, sinks, accessories, backsplash, lighting and painting, you can see excellent workmanship. He is also on top of the deadlines and even ahead at times. We have more projects for him like building closets, putting moldings and painting the rest of the rooms. Cindy

Eyal was awesome! I needed my bathroom doors fixed (they needed to be sanded down to close), and I needed my shower doors fixed, the tile sealed and my bathroom painted and ceiling painted. All paint jobs were amazing and my doors finally close! He is prompt, professional and clean. So great, I will call him for all my home improvement needs.

Great , he showed up on time , surveyed my problem went to his truck picked out the tools needed and just like that he removed the old and replaced it with a new faucet.
