Within the first 3 minutes of initial contact I was told everything they would not do. The Angie's deal was for 40 hours with a general contractor. They blamed Angie's list for always pushing these deals on them. They seemed only willing to paint and perform menial tasks. I was so disappointed I cancelled the deal. I think they use Angie's list as a hook for you to just spend more money

Eyal was great. He contacted me right away for scheduling. I had a major leak caused by a prior contractor. It was exposed as part of the work Eyal was helping me with and he stayed until we got things under control (twice as long as I had him scheduled for). He is reasonable, very dependable and would be great for general contract work; interior/exterior additions/renovations, etc.

He was there on time, was very professional, and did a great job. I would recommend him to my friends unconditionally.

Was completed on a fast time scale,workmanship was very good. Clean up was also good. I would recommend him to anyone needing home improvement. I will call him again on future projects.

Everything from start to finish was very professional. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone involved. All the workers that we dealt with were prompt, efficient and very pleasant. The workmanship was excellent, and they cleaned up every day before they left. We priced other contractors and the price we got from everyone else was a lot more for the same work. We have a lot of other projects we need done, and we wouldn't hesitate to call them again and to also recommend them to friends and family.

We used HR to build closets for our MBR and another room . He did a fantastic job and was very professional .He even reused the existing crown molding and gave a good finish .

Eyal is the consummate professional. He responded very quickly to my request for an estimate and showed up the very next day at the exact time he said. Very polite and courteous. Started that very week. He was meticulous with his work. He spent three and half days and he didn't waste a minute. Painted rooms beautifully and was so clean and neat everyday when he left. The moldings are absolutely beautiful and top craftsmanship. A true perfectionist. And he was spot on with his estimate. Was also reasonably priced. I recommend Eyal for every job. He seems to do it all. I will be using him again soon as it's always so hard to find good help

Always on time, comes in, does his work, fast but meticulous. Takes pride in his work. (a quality that can be hard to find nowadays) The job took several days and being the holidays and that I had relatives visiting, I often let Eyal in to do the work and he would call when he was leaving. I knew from past experience of watching him work on my neighbor's kitchen and bathroom, that he has a great work ethic. He even came back an extra day just to make sure everything was perfect and clean to surprise my son with his new bedroom when he came back from Christmas break. We are so happy with the new bedroom downstairs and I love the new paint color in the living room. Originally, the owner of Highlander Renovations, Eyal, was doing other work in my house in August, by the hour, when he came up with the concept of turning part of our living room into a bedroom for my son, who was actually sleeping in the loft and didn't even have his own room! So for our family, this remodel impacted our lives in a big way. He has a good eye for design. And not only is he a creative thinker but he can go build his ideas too. I Liked his ideas for other parts of my house so now I just have to save and decide what to do next! Highly recommend Also, work was being done around major holidays and that was no problem, very accomodating. Very quick to answer phone calls and very polite.

It went exceptionally well. We did not even know he was there! His work is meticulous, he puts care and creativity into everything he does and he was neat and clean. He created and put up shadow boxing all up our stairs, on the first floor and in our dining room. He put crown molding in all of our rooms, installed closet doors and installed window treatments including specia order shades and blinds. His work is outstanding and extremely precise and beautiful. I would highly recommend him to do ANY word in any home. I plan to have him back to do more work and to renovate our basement. We are extremely pleased and we get so many compliments when people visit our home! He completely transformed our home to be beautiful, cozy and warm. He always goes above and beyond and his price is extremely reasonable! I look forward to having him work again in our home!

He worked very neatly. He always cleaned up after removing items and installing new items like the window panes and crown moldings. His painting was meticulous and his edging work unique. He always had the floors, carpets and furniture covered too. The custom crown molding around the doorframe enhanced the look of the rooms and I am always receiving compliments. He was very respectful of my work, my family and my dog. I would definitely use him again and I have already referred him to family and friends.

Eyal Abramov, is one of the most dedicated, hard working perfectionist we have met. He is very punctual, finished the job in the time frame estimated, no surprise additional costs. Very dedicated and always communicated with us. Never late, great attitude. No messes and cleaned up behind himself everyday. Very prompt in the construction debris removal. Always available for any questions or concerns we had, very accessible and patient. He also had some very good design ideas and suggestions on cost saving methods.
