Perfect from start to finish. A true craftsman who takes his time to make sure everything is just right. I contacted Salomao through the Angie's List website; he contacted me almost immediately and unlike other contractors is extremely responsive to calls and texts. Price was similar to other providers (maybe a little bit higher but still fair) but I felt more confident he could deliver the extremely high quality we wanted. I based this on the other reviews, pictures of his work, and talking to him in person. Salomao found numerous things the plumber didn't do quite right when setting the bathtub (the plumber and I both didn't see them until Salomao pointed them out, then it was obvious). Salomao was able to fix all of them before starting his work. He also was able to do some drywall and spackle work better than I could have done myself. He doesn't rush. We had another contractor say he could do the entire bathroom (demo, electrical, plumbing, tile, installing fixtures) in one day which is crazy and we threw him out of the house. We don't want it done fast; we want it done right so it looks great and stands the test of time. Some things have to dry before you can do the next thing; there is no way to do a quality job if you rush like others do. Salomao was here about 5 or 6 full days for the backer board, tile, grout, fixing the plumber's mistakes, and doing some drywall/spackle work. Every tile is precisely placed with a laser level. The results speak for themselves. My wife laughs at me but sometimes she's walking through the house and finds me standing in the doorway just looking at the tile. It's like looking at art in a museum. He is very responsive to customers, does beautiful work, is polite and easy to talk to, and patient if you have a thousand questions. Don't hire anyone else. I hired Oliveira’s Tile Bathroom Remodeling to tile and install shower/tub in 2 bathrooms. These two bathrooms had been remodeled about 5 years ago and were now failing (shower pan cracked, tub cracked, water leaking through kitchen ceiling below, tile cracking and falling off walls) because of the poor quality done by the previous subpar general contractor (who I hired on the recommendation of a neighbor and later found out the neighbor was getting a commission from these “sales”). I was extremely nervous to have this work done again and was careful who I hired. Salomao did a fantastic job. The tile, tub, shower install is beautiful and I know the work was done with high quality. Salomao gave me options for waterproofing, explained how the plumbing could be fixed, and offered suggestions on design as well. He was patient with all my questions as well as showing me each step in the installation process. He fixed the issues from the previous contractor (no waterproofing in the showers, bad shower pan install, floors lacking cement board, piping was not soldered or braced in wall, lack of plumbers cement glue around pipes, drains not attached correctly). I plan to hire Oliveira Tile Bath Remodeling on a few more projects.

Solomao did a great job tiling our bathroom remodel. He's very professional and courteous. He worked very efficiently and neatly making sure to clean up at the end of the day. He's also very helpful answering questions and providing recommendations and ideas. I would certainly hire him again.

I came across Salamao's reviews and work on Angie's list and saw his profile on Instgram. His work truly impressed me. I had 2 important wall units to be designed for which I appointed Salamao and he did full justice to the work at hand. The entertainment wall had large tiles 24"x48" which he built from scratch and did a phenomenol job. The mosaic tile wall .. his design sensibility was great and he delivered beyond my expectations. Overall a very enthusiastic, professional and bright craftsman. I would definitely recommend him and hire him for future projects

Sal did an excellent job. The project took a little longer than I was expecting but I think that is because he wanted to make sure everything was done the right way. The bathroom looks great and we are very happy with the result.

Salamon does the work himself and brings help. The water damaged tiles were removed already. He provided good Parcaleinosa tiles. The cement left on the wooden sub floor had to be removed. Appliances were moved, cement board and porcelain tiles were installed with grout. He also fixed basement ceiling hole with sheetrock.

Initially it was a pretty straight forward one way tiling behind the bathroom vanity. But Salomao is not merely a handyman for tiling, he had some resource and helped me spec and replaced a double sink vanity top (the original top was in old style and unappealing color. He even picked it up for us before the replacement without additional charge. The wall was curved due to the age of house. The process is more complicated and took longer, but Salomao has been professional and explained every step. He leveled the wall (the right way) and finished the herringbone tiling beautifully. I have had other contractors claimed they can do tiles, yet the result was not only disappointing and expensive labors also wasted my expensive tiles. Salomao and his staff did a great job at a fair price and I am very satisfied with the result.

I was extremely happy with and impressed by this company. I have done six full renovations in my life, and countless small remodels. I am rarely left smiling by the end of a job: the contractors so often start strong but blow it by the end of the job (show up late, do sloppy finish work, throw attitude, whatever). But Oliveira--and more specifically Salomão, the lead artisan who did my job--started and finished strong. As a craftsman, he is clearly a master with much more experience than his youth would suggest. He is also pleasant, intelligent, punctual, and friendly. I rarely write reviews because my mother told me to keep my mouth shut it I have nothing good to say. This is not one of those times. I highly recommend this company.

I am very happy with the installation of all my tile and my stacked stone above my bar. He was very patient with me as this was my first renovation. I would highly recommend.

Great experience! We had a relatively small project - just needed minor grout repair to our bathtub tile and replacement of the caulk. Solomon contacted me within hours of submitting a request for a quote and was able to come out the next day to provide the quote. He was also very flexible when it came to scheduling the job, working around our schedule. He arrived on time to complete the work, and the end result looks great. Our tub looks brand new!

The work was done in a very professional manner. The concrete porch floor was not level and the installer took great pains to insure that the tile was installed so as to insure that the floor was completely level at the completion of the job. Good communication and neat work. Would hire again.
