Description of Work: Bought the $99 Garage Door Tune Up. Went through a few rescheduling due to an emergency at the technician's household. I was more than happy to reschedule. Each step was communicated perfectly (thank you customer service..you guys were great) and smoothly so it was a no biggie. As luck would have it, the garage door cable had snapped just the day before they arrived. Fixed it along with the tune up. All in all a very professional and a satisfying experience. They also recommended some improvements and gave an instant quote on it. Very reasonable and professionaly service.

Description of Work: Installed a new Liftmaster Garage Opener with Smart connections. It went well once they ironed out the issue of my frequency causing other neighbor's garage doors to open as well. They did have to come out a few times but they were responsive to any issues until we found resolution. It was an inconvenience but they made the problems I was having as painless as they could. Deanna in customer service was extremely helpful and attentive.

Description of Work: They replaced my front door. The men were a delight to work with. However, we have one as yet unresolved problem: The old door was connected to my central alarm system. The magnet was not recovered from the old door (or frame) and my entrance is no longer protected. TGS has not remedied this although they promised they would.
