Description of Work: Replaced garage door and redid the trim for the door. The whole process was simple, professional and really easy. They came and measured, we placed the order, they called regarding installation, showed up promptly for the installation and completed and cleaned up after the installation. All in all, as seamless and easy a project as one could expect.

Description of Work: Steve the service man was on time and performed a total inspection,and explained the functions of all parts and processes. He then lubricated all parts needing it, the noise level dropped dramaticly. I was very satisfied with the service and would recommend TGS to others.

Description of Work: Everything went really well. The service tech called ahead to say he was on his way. He arrived and checked my garage doors out, provided everything he was suggesting to get done in writing so I could look it over and approve the work and the price. He changed the springs on both garage doors, rewired the pulleys and replaced the outdoor pad. | |I felt the price was a bit pricey, however, I really didn't have anything to compare. The job was done and very professionally. I would use them again, but would check around to be assured the cost was competitive.

Description of Work: They said the door could not be fixed. Need to change the bottom panel but they don't carry the brand, Wayne Delton they gave an expensive qoute to change the entire door. I had to pay service fee to get nothing done. He was very slow too.
