Terrible. See above.
Description of Work: Garage door not closing properly. Set time with TGS and given a four-hour window. At the tail end of the window, I called TGS to inquire about timing and was told that the technician was still working on the job prior to mine. I was also that the job he was finishing was about 40 minutes from my house. I cancelled the appointment. I completely understand if jobs take longer than expected. However, I was never contacted with an update or status. TGS waited for me to call them before they let me know that they would not get here,
