Summary: Awesome, but not sure about price. Seemed a little high, but I did not compare with others. Everyone I dealt with from Total Garage Solutions was friendly and professional. They responded quickly and the work done was very good. Not a lot to tell. I would definitely use them again. My only concern was the price. About $500 for a torsion spring. That just seemed high to me, but I had not called around to get prices. I looked here on Angie's list and picked these folks because of their rating.

They were professional and gave me a good price. They did a good job and I am totally happy with the quality of the work. The guy who came in walked around, told me different things about garage doors, picked up the one that I wanted, and told me when it would be ready. He did an excellent job and everything looks brand new.

Very prompt and courteous. Very neat and well-organized. Explained what was wrong with door hardware and what the alternatives were for repair/replacement. Pricier than I expected.

Everything was perfect with them. They were really knowledgeable. The person who came out to do the estimate brought an actual sample, which was helpful. He was really helpful and helped us understand all the questions that we should be asking whether it was with him or some other company. I went to other places to check the price and I was happy and had more confidence in Total Garage Solutions. Furthermore, they do their own installation don't subcontract the project like some other companies.

They thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done. I like that they didn't try to get me to do something that was unnecessary. They did a great job, and overall I was happy with their service.

I think I would have to give it a D. The person that they sent out was extremely non-professional. He kept calling me to bring him tools and my own extension cord. It was done good enough, but not perfect, and the door handle was loose when he left. I called to complain, and they came out to look at it. When they did they said this is as good as we can do it.

It wasn't easy to find a company that could provide same day service when a cable snapped on one of our garage doors. Total Garage Solutions promised they would be there and kept their word, even though previous jobs kept Damien from arriving until the evening. He was extremely thorough in replacing the hardware and pointed out, without pressure, that the cable and other parts on a second door were worn as well. We chose to have that hardware replaced as well. We negotiated a price that was fair and received a written warranty on the work performed. We would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

They were one of the best companies I have ever worked with. They were polite and professional. They were reasonably priced and the quality was great. They came on time and cleaned the place before they left. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

We had a great experience. I actually came on Angie's list and looked up a few different garage door groups as ours was rotten through and actually snapped on its way up one day last month. Cost wise they were in the middle of the 3 that we had do an estimate. They had a door in stock that we could have used (that would have cost more as it was a better door but the girl who did the estimate would have marked it down had we chosen that one) however we decided to order a door (wanted as simple as possible for the detached garage). The door came in and was installed within 2-3 wks of the initial estimate (most of the wait time was spent waiting on the door). We had to have the opener replaced (ours was ancient) and had the rails and weather stripping on the frame also replaced. I would definitely contact them again if we ever had an issue in the future or would suggest them to others.

It was such a pleasure to work with them. I called them up for an estimate and Mike came over and explained my options and how much it would cost me. They gave me a great price $700 for an insulated garage door with new springs and rails. I was surprised that there were no extra fees involved. One person came and he did a great job in 2 hours and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Overall the Quality of the work and the materials used was excellent. The garage door is beautiful. The only negative was the responsiveness of the office staff in providing the final reciept. When I contacted Judy the sales representative she was very helpful and I immediately got the receipt. I would use this company again and would also recommend them.

My garage door would not closed. I checked on Angies list and found this company. I called them and they came on the date and time they said they would. The company was short handed that day so one of the owners came. He replaced my key paid entry, replaced a missing bolt that we didn't know was missing and gave us some tips on maintaining the door properly. He was here for over an hour and did a great job. He even came back to mention a minor thing about the key pad. Very reasonable price. Very professional and nice. I would highly recommend this company.

This company is great. The representative who gave the estimate was courteous and concerned. The installer did excellent work and assured my satisfaction. This was a pleasant experience.

I needed a new garage door, and saw an advertisement from Total Garage Solutions. The advertisement had shown the door, along with installation price. I called them, they setup a date. On that date the installer came to my home, looking neat and clean, with a clean truck and equipment. He installed the door without a smudge on it, the door opened and closed perfectly, with a tight seal. I was very pleased and would recommend them to everyone.
