They told me something that needed to be done. It was a hundred dollars or something but I didn't do it. The main thing that I hope they would do was remove the squeak when you open the garage door opener. I mentioned it to them. It was okay for a couple of days but it was starting squeaking again. I don't know what they did. It took them 20 minutes. Hopefully, they inspected certain things. $30 was probably a good price if they really gave an inspection. I didn't know what they did. I didn't watch them. They seemed to be okay.

Excellent Experience!! The technician was very professional and honest. Inspected 13 year old doors, which I thought may need some minor service and informed me the doors and parts were well maintained and only required the tune-up I purchased. He could have told me he needed to replace rollers, tension needed adjustment.. and I would have believed it and pay'ed for service that wasn't required. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

They called to confirm, emailed and then called again 30 mins out. Recommended the full repair. I was hoping for a less expensive repair, but now I've got a 5 year warranty an all new parts. Door also works much better than it did.

Everything with TGS went perfect I set up the appointment and the salesman was here exactly on time. We went through types of doors and it could not have been easier. Within 2 weeks they were ready to come and install. Today Joe came and he took down my old door that was damaged during the remodel of my house. He couldn?t have been nicer or offer better customer service. The new door was up within an hour, he tested it many times to make sure everything was working perfect and cleaned up everything. The door is excellent quality and the pricing was great. There is still a few things I need to have done after a major remodel and TGS Garage & Doors was the best to have worked with so far. Everyone who I have talked to from this company truly know ?GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE"

TGS was hired for a $30 Garage Door tune-up. I guess I should expect when purchasing something so cheap that they would try to sell me something I don't need. They succeeded, and I wound up paying an extra $130 for replacing the garage door sensor that were working fine before they arrived. Hopefully, I'll know better next time.

It went well. They cleaned after themselves before they left. The workers that I came into contact with were good.

I was able to get my garage door fixed. Everything is fine only the price is an issue.

While not having any issues with my garage doors, as they are 15 years old, the offer in Angie's List for inspection and service seemed like a good idea. The company was TGS Garage & Doors. To sum off the service, it was prompt, courteous, technically savvy, and efficient. Technician's name was Frank who called (as promised) about a half hour prior to arrival. Tuned up both doors and made minor adjustments to the openers (not part of the advertised service, but much appreciated). While I was not present (my daughter and children were there), he phoned me to provide details of what he had done and alerted me to a potential issue with the door springs that would need to be addressed in the future (not needed at this time, but something to watch). I also had contact with Deanna (Marketing Manager with TGS Garage & Doors) to schedule the appointment and also provided a courtesy appointment reminder call the day before the service. Finally I received a written report on the work done and recommendations (via email) the same day as the service. I would enthusiastically recommend this company for anyone who is having any issues with their garage doors or just wants to make sure all is working properly.

They performed the service but ultimately their rates were too high for me to do any other services that they suggested. They suggested like me switching a lot of materials that were weathering out and I just thought their materials and mainly cost was a bit extravagant.

TGS showed up as scheduled and did a great job explaining what was to be done and explained everything each step of the way

Tune up was done good and explained in detail to me. The technician suggested to change springs and cables to the garage doors. The price seemed to be little high.

TGS did a great job. The garage door operates perfectly now. We will have them come back for our two other doors when needed.

All went well. He was quick, and cleaned up afterwards. He tested everything before he left.

stood I guess ok. I was hoping he will fix the noises that come out of my garage door while opening. He said that comes from rollers and he suggested that I change the springs, which he says has wrong winding and so wrong tension. He gave me price for packages and said if I make my mind to change any of those I can call. So in reality, he gave me verbal suggestions thats all. I was hoping he will fix some noise that comes out. May be i was understood about the tune up service. But he was polite and professional though.

Our garage door wouldn't open and close properly. The service rep from TGS Garages and Doors, Frank Lunga, arrived promptly (called ahead with an exact time of arrival), made the necessary repairs and had the door fixed in no time. Will definitely use TGS in the future. Great company!

All went well, except he left his tools behind. Hours later he returned to get his tools, he just went through my property on his own, for we weren't home, instead of coming at the time we agreed on. He opened the gate to the backyard, and screen for the side door and left them open, and I didnt quite like that.This is not really related to his job performance, but do give me a bad impression.

Was assigned TGS through Home Warranty company. They promptly called to make the appointment and came out the next day. Technician was knowledge, polite and prompt. Very honest and upfront about different options for repair and ultimately replace the garage door opener. Price was competitive, only made better by the fact the warranty company ended up covering the repair. Was happy Warranty Company assigned them. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.
