They are very professional and very helpful.

Office personnel not helpful, placed on hold and then disconnected called back sent to another operator, placed on hold again, and then was told employee was out of area.

The installer is amazing. He came right on time & did his work. I love my garage door.

Very punctual (both on the day of estimation and installation). Very polite both on the phone and on site. The door took a little longer (about 5 weeks) to arrive than I originally expected. Other than that everything went well. There was a small error due to miscommunication, and Rich, the scheduler, promised to fix it free of charge. And they did as promised. I am very grateful. I gave a B in responsiveness - because I called a couple times and was promised a call-back both times, but never got one. But whenever I called, the staff were all very nice.

excellent tune up. Serviceman suggested adding weatherproofing and keyless remote entry. Accepted suggestion and work was done well.

I was satisfied with them, it was a good deal. It was a very small amount. They tuned it up and lubricated it. The opener was a little noisy and they fixed that. There is a rubber strip along the whole bottom of the garage door. He said that was worn out and it needed replacement. So I asked him for an estimate. That was like $200 or so. So, I didn't want to spend that much money. I will get an estimate from them if I needed something.

Two technicians came (on time) and they were great. They showed me the issues they found and pointed out the troublesome parts The cost was reasonable, so I chose have them do the work immediately. The work was completed quickly, and the door is operating like new. I would use TGS again and recommend them with no reservations.

Their very good. I would say that they are an excellent company if your looking for a high grade product I chose specifically like a high grade hardware for my garage door that's why it was expensive but that's what I wanted it was my choice so they do offer the highest grade products and I also like a lot of the installation guy Saul he is pretty good, very professional and he does a very good job.

The quote was extremely high - over $500 and I was able to get the job done for under $200. Also, the rep told me that the wheel on one side was completely worn through when it wasn't. Also, beware - the coupon for a free service call does not include their coming out to diagnose the problem. It's only good if you sign up for them to do the work so I had to pay over $80 for the visit.

Very well. Installed opener, lubricated hinges and installed new rubber insulation on the bottom of two doors.

We had TGS provide a "free" estimate on fixing our garage door where only the spring on 1 side had broken. Rather than giving us an estimate on fixing the problem, they would only provide us with an estimate on replacing the entire installation for $450. After I refused the service, they wouldn't leave without collecting a $80 service fee, for which they said there would be no service fee charged on the phone when I scheduled the estimate. DO NOT USE TGS. They lie on the phone, then charge you to fix things you really don't need. They are the Jiffy Lube of installers (upsell you on services you do not need), and tack on hidden fees.

Got back to me right away via Angie's List. Came out to give quote immediately. Gave good explanation of products. Gave me quote same day. Installation team was amazing. They were right on time, super professional and did a brilliant job with the installation. Highly recommend them.

Last time I bought a garage door remote from them which turned out to be a disaster. My garage door was opening on it own after that. The door was completely broken and I kept it unhooked closed. But TGS called me on their own and they said they will make it all right. And they really came over and did and didn't charge me anything. They really take care of the door this time. I am really happy and must say that they went really far to keep customer satisfaction. I also like to thank Angie's list since I also believe this platform made this easy as well.

Unexpected problems and expenses like springs breaking on a garage door are obviously not fun. From the minute I spoke to Annette when I called TGS, I knew I had chosen the the right company for the job. Her professional, understanding, courteous and knowledgeable responses and attitude were commendable. Sal came early the very next morning and he was, simply put, equally pleasurable to deal with. Job well done.

The tech, Sal Santangelo was extremely professional and friendly. Scheduled in less than 24 hours and arrived ahead of time. He worked quickly, answered my questions and cleaned up after the job. The price was $50 cheaper than the competitor.

In April 2016, I ordered a storm door from TGS. It was a premium full length door costing around $1000.00 I gave 50% deposit and awaited delivery and installation. On 5/9/16, the door was installed. The technician took all day and left a mess of the area and lawn with aluminum saw shavings. The door was missing a sweep, safety chain, the weatherstripping was too short , the gasket in the glass panel was not fully in at the corners, The lock didn't work and the handle was loose. The next day another technician came and installed the sweep. He took pictures of the gasket. It was determined they had to order a new door. This took until July 12th. The Glass panel was replaced, but the repairman did not have the weatherstripping or the safety chain. He was to come in the afternoon of the next day, but called and said he was on another job and wouldn't be there until 6PM. I advised I would not be home, but he could finish the job with the main door locked. He agreed, but said I had to be home to pay him the remainder( I held back $125.00) .I told him I would not be home as I had dinner plans, but on satisfactory completion, I would send a check to his company. It seemed that this technician who came 3 times was given my job as his last of the day, even though it should have given a priority. The door was finally repaired properly on 8/13/16. This job took much too long and the attention to detail was absymal. Although the manager Rich said he was embarrassed by this, I was last on the list for the technician's day.
