Description of Work: Have used Heaven's best on several occasions (rug cleaning & furniture cleaning) and have been more than pleased. Each time the owner did the cleaning. It is definitely much better when the owner of the company does the work in your home.

Description of Work: We had a very challenging task for Marc to accomplish and he did beautifully. What I really loved was his honesty and the fact that he had set price with no add-ons. The flat rate (which was very affordable) was what I paid. He took some area rugs to clean and had them back in a few days. I would (and will) recommend him to all of my friends.

Description of Work: Marc showed up exactly on time. He examined the carpets to be cleaned (wall to wall in living room, den, 3 bedrooms and hallway plus 1 area rug approximately 9'x12'). He stated the estimate we had discussed on the phone would be the price. I felt it was extremely fair. He began by vacuuming then shampooing all areas plus he spot treated 2 areas that had stains. I have waited until this time to write my review because in the past the stains always re-appeared a week or so after being "removed" by the shampooer. I am very happy to say those stains are gone. Marc, who owns the business, was personable, knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning our carpets. He was careful working around our furniture. We will definiteley hire him again.
