Oxymagic Carpet Cleaning The Greener Carpet Cleaner

The sofa was cleaned nicely except that the white covering over the insides (springs? - under the seat cushion) now has brown water stains on it that weren't there before. But it can't be seen unless you lift up the seat cushion. Also missed a spot on the seat cushion. The wing chairs were definitely better than before. There was already damage to them from the company that cleaned them previously. He was able to clean the back of the wing chair where our dog would rub against that I wasn't able to get clean myself. The gentleman was very professional, covered everything carefully and the job was complete in about an hour. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

It went well. They were on time and did a great job. The couches look like new.

Guy arrived on time, was very polite, asked the right questions, made it clear to me what their services would cover, and what he could do. I paid for 3 areas, and he ended up cleaning a fourth area without charging extra or even saying anything about it. Very good clean for carpets that hadn't been touched in probably over 4years. I will definitely have them back before the summer.

Carpets looked good and all but a few stains came out, although were damp for longer than estimated. Carpet cleaning took less than 45 minutes.

The cleaning was ok. I did not notice much of a difference. A few weeks after the cleaning was finished, I noticed hard spots on my carpet in the hall and a white sticky film as if it were soap deposits. I called to inquire why this would happen. I received a call back and the tech came back out to check on it. He really did not have a good reason why this occurred and seemed to think it had nothing to do with the cleaning although it did not appear until after the cleaning. He recleaned the spots and they appeared to have vanished. It has been a week and unfortunalety they are back. I am going to try to steam clean the spots. I would recommend steam cleaning inthe future. Although this may be a quick and easy process because the drying time is less, I feel that the carpet was only surface cleaned and steam cleaning will be better.

Overall they did a good job and the price was reasonable. There were a few stains on the carpet I was hoping would come out that didn't. Otherwise, I was pleased with the service. They were on time, flexible with scheduling and everything looked great when they were done.

They got every stain out fast. well worth it.

There were punctual, professional, efficient and helpful. But it is quite expensive compared to other available carpet cleaners

They did a great job with the stain removal and making the carpet look much cleaner. The guy was punctual, very nice, and honest about what he could clean. He could not clean my couch, because of the material and gave me other possible solutions. I was very happy with the job they did and the price. Will definitely use them again in the future. Came on time and completed job professionally. I had noticed in another post about the complaint of smell, and their was a chemical smell that lasted for about a day, but it was not over powering.

With four dogs in our family, we get our carpets cleaned frequently. We have been loyal Stanley Steamer customers for years, but decided to try Oxymagic due to their reviews on Angie's List. We are so very happy we did! I was skeptical of the process, as I was used to lots of water being used to clean our carpets and this process is very different. Upon completion, our carpets were barely damp and was told they would be completely dry within 1-2 hours, which they were. That's a HUGE time savings in having to stay off the wet carpets for 24 hours! The house smelled light and fresh and not of wet dogs! The traffic areas came out great...we were amazed! We will be scheduling with them soon for our basement. I would recommend them to anyone!

They are excellent! They are reasonably priced. They are easy to schedule appointments with and they come on time. They do the job well and they do no leave any mess behind. The product dries the carpet very quickly.

went great. my call was answered and appt scheduled on first attempt. showed up on time and was very polite and knowledgeable. not sure how but 4 year old stains from training my puppy he got mostly out (naturally I've had the carpets regularly cleaned) - i think it had to do with it being their system - everyone else hooked up to the outside faucet. I will absolutely use these guys going forward.

He did a very good job. The guy was very nice. He came and he did it in a timely manner. He showed up early. He worked for us before and I was very happy with him. I thought the price was very fair. They have no wait time. It was dry and it smelled clean. Everything was nicely done.
