Oxymagic Carpet Cleaning The Greener Carpet Cleaner

The work went much better than I expected because their system is all self contained without any hoses running from outside into my unit. I moved several furniture items myself from the dining and living rooms before the contractor showed up. The heavy pieces I left in place. The bedroom furniture is on sliders so the smaller pieces are easily movable to clean under them. The whole job took 30-40 minutes. I asked about Oxymagic's cleaning solution and was told it has enzymes which help remove stains and dirt. It clean soiled areas which I thought couldn't be cleaned. I was totally surprised.

It was terrific. I had had my carpets cleaned by another company that advertised a truck-mounted hot water extraction system two days before. The other company had failed to successfully clean the carpet in our bedroom and sitting room. They claimed they had done everything they could. The carpet still looked horrible. We thought we were going to have to replace the carpet in both rooms. Out of desperation, we called Oxymagic. We learned that they use a different process. We decided to give them a try before buying new carpeting, and the results were astonishing. They got out all of the dirt, and the carpeting looks almost new. I had them do a couple more rooms that had just been cleaned, and they improved them too. I would highly recommend Oxymagic. They were easy to work with, and they did a great job.

They refuse to honor the coupon / deal they offered on Angie's Choice. Angie's choice will not refund so right now I am out the $89 and my carpets are dirty. they were very rude when I called and I would not reccomend.

I scheduled the appointment with Tom who was friendly and informative. It was a little more expensive than other carpet cleaning services, but I had never tried the Oxymagic service before and I was interested in something that dried quickly. The service people were prompt and friendly. The price that was quoted was the price charged. After the cleaning we noticed a discoloring in one spot of the carpet. I immediately called Tom who sent the cleaners back the next morning. Although the situation could have been tense, they were friendly and patient. My husband and I realized that we had caused the stain and thanked them for coming back on such short notice. After the cleaning the carpets looked and smelled fantastic and dried in just a few hours. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again.

What a difference everything looks brand new. Scheduling was a breeze, so responsive, and pure quality. Would recommend and I will make this an annual cleaning for sure! So reasonable for all of this work!!

It was good. They did a good job. I don't know what all these companies charge, but I would give the price a B. They were punctual and very professional and they were concerned that the job was done correctly. There was 1 worker. He was excellent. It took a few hours, I don't know exactly.

A member of their staff, Robert, showed up right on time - I believe he called before he arrived to let me know he was on the way. He pretreated several stains (I have 5 dogs however these 2 rugs were from rooms that the dogs were not 'supposed' to go in... but did several times by the looks of it). Both rugs came very clean and I was very happy with the results - you cannot see the dog 'stains' now.

The carpets looked amazingly clean even after not being cleaning for 24 years. Numerous dark dirt spots disappeared and every room looked fresh and clean.

I'm really happy with OxyMagic - I saw them in the Valpak and it reminded me that I have two shag area rugs in my house that are impossible to clean and have been getting really dingy, lately. I looked them up on Angie's List and saw they had an A rating so I called to make an appointment. As luck would have it, they were in my town on another job today, and so they were able to come straight out within a half hour of my call to clean up my carpets - that was a nice surprise! Communication was great - I knew exactly when they were coming. Both carpets were cleaned and look clean and fresh again - I have been busting my tail to clean them. This was a much easier option! I'm really pleased with the service; the guy who showed up was polite and professional and did a great job. A great experience, all-around...

Worked with Tom at Rockland County Oxymagic. He showed up on time, did quality work within the time estimate they provided and at a very fair price. I had also gotten two estimates for steam cleaning, which were more expensive. This process is not as labor intensive as steam cleaning which accounts for part of the difference in costs. My carpeting was in pretty good shape so it was a pretty straightforward job - but looked much better when Tom was done!

Tom contacted me about 15 minutes before my appointment to advise me that he would be there on time which he was. He set up, moved the furniture that needed to be moved and worked around others that were not moved. His product is excellent with a very minimal smell and it dries in about an hour. The carpets look great and the work was done in a very professional manner. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

They were prompt, friendly, and professional. First they did the air duct cleaning. The carpets in the family room and hallway were cleaned very well and dried very quickly. The carpets had a nice clean fresh scent. They were great at stripping the carpet in 3 bedrooms and taking all the staples out. The hardwood floors in our bedrooms looks beautiful and just like new.
