I needed someone right away as I was having company that weekend, they came out in 2 days and did a great job. Would recommend them and would use them again.

They were very good and I was very satisfied with their services. I would rate them highly. They got off the stains in my carpet. I have used the other carpet cleaners previously and they were unsuccessful in getting the stains off. These stains were in my carpet for at least five to seven years. I am planning on using them again. Their workers were very professional and courteous. They did everything that I asked them to do and there were no complaints at all. Their price was reasonable and everything was fine. They showed up when they were supposed to and completed their work when they were supposed to. There were no hassles with them.

Company was a pleasure to deal with. Scheduling was easy - representative arrived on time and was very courteous and pleasant. He did a great job with our carpets and left them looking clean and fresh.

They completed the job in two hours (as they indicated they would). The carpets looked great when they were finished including the main traffic areas which had quite a few stains. Great experience. Very nice people. I could not believe how clean they got one carpet in particular. We have tried many times to get certain stains and dirt out, to no avail. The carpet looks new. They don’t use soap or steam, but they use something that is oxygenated, which is good for the environment. We have a big marble table and they had to lift the table in order to get the rug underneath that. All of a sudden they found a roll of bills underneath the table that my husband had hidden there and it was $1000. They were really honest. I didn’t know it was there and my husband had forgotten that it was there. I was very impressed by that. They did a great job. They were nice guys and they were like a family. The price was good for five rooms. They charged $229 for the rugs and $140 for the couch. The total was about $394 including the tax. I liked the fact that it was environmentally sound. The rugs dried very quickly too. Everything they told me was going to happen, it happened just the way they said. I was very satisfied that I didn’t have to stay off the carpets for a long time. The rugs looked nice and new. I would use their services in the future too.

I told I would contact Angie's List and he said he would just say he did not promise to do the stairs instead of the hallway. He is lying. But it is his word against mine. It is sad that people cannot be more honorable in business today. We will just tell all of our friends about what happened.

They came on time, explained in detail the service to be preformed, and asked questions to make sure all issues regarding the carpet cleaning were covered. We will use the company again. The carpets turned out better than with any other carpet cleaning company we have used in the past.

Came at the assigned time. Were finished in an hour. Very efficient and professional. Carpet had some paint and a dark mark that i was unable to explain what it was. They lessened the stain and got out the paint. Carpets were dry in 2 hours.

The men performing the work were a pleasure to have around. They took care with their work, cleaned up, and left everything they did looking so much better. On my hardwood upstairs hallway, after removing the very old carpeting, they used a recoating method that saved me having to have that floor refinished. It looks beautiful.

The overall experience was much better than I expected it to be. They completed the job pretty quickly. They were on time. They were really nice people and easy to get along with.
