Oxymagic was punctual and professional. We got what we wanted for a reasonable price.

it wasn't a bad experience but i hired the co. to get rid of smell and a few minor stains. on each carpet when finished, i was told that i would be able to tell if stains were gone for 24 hrs and the smell for 2-3 days. one 1st carpet the stains did improve, not gone, and the smell was better but not gone. on 2nd carpet, there was no discernible difference. i wouldn't have minded if the $ was less but i expected more time and better results for the $ spent.

It went extremely well. Beyond any expectations i had originally.

The oxymagic specialist showed up on time and did a quick assessment of my finished basement. This included about 5 walk in closets and stairs leading up to the first floor. He was extremely professional, explained the process and confirmed that the cost would be the same as what was quoted. He was in an out within 60-90 minutes and my carpet had never looked better. It's appearance was fantastic and our room looked the best it has looked in years. I highly recommend Oxymagic and we will continue to use them for all of our carpet cleaning needs. They even deep cleaned an area which another local carpet cleaning company dropped the ball on.~8

The serviceman arrived early. He was polite and professional. He did a quick and reasonable assessment of all areas that we were interested in cleaning. He gave us a quote ( which turned out to be accuarte ). He worked quickly and efficiently. There was a minimum of disruption. He presented my wife with a bill, which they reviewed together in detail. He reviewed the finished work with us. We happily gave him a nice tip and he left. We would recommend this service to anyone.

The technician arrived promptly and reviewed what was needed with me prior to commencing his work. I am very happy with the result. Stanley Steemer had been used previously, and did not adequately clean the high traffic areas and stair risers. I would definitely recommend Oxymagic!

A price for services was confirmed over the phone. I scheduled a date approx. one month in advance. One hour prior to arrival time, the gentleman called to inform me he was held up in traffic (this was appreciated). Upon arrival he introduced himself, I explained our problem with stains that reappeared after previous cleanings (with other firms) . We have been very pleased and the stains have not come back!!! I will recommend Oxymgic and plan to employ them in the future.

see above comments, I would not recommend unless you can watch them from start to finish and request some areas be redone.

It was easy to schedule the time, and Robert appeared right at the scheduled time; he was very pleasant and professional. He told me exactly what he would do, which included pretreatment of any stains, and moving around those pieces of furniture too large to move off the carpet. He did a great job; the job was finished quickly and is drying very quickly. He was able to remove some spots that I thought were there for good. I am very pleased with the whole process. The cost was exactly as promised, which included use of the coupon on Angies List.

Very professional, arrived when they said they would, price quoted was price paid. Unfortunately the carpet did not get cleaned. It also took almost 3 hours to dry when I was told it would only take about 1 hour. carpet also has a funky smell it didn't have before, I'm spraying Lysol all over the carpet and the smell is still there. Not worth it, I'll go back to steam carpet cleaners.

The techs were extremel;y professional and courteous. They helped by moving a heavy piece of fuirniture, cleaned the two rugs, laid down two new rug pads, and made sure that the rugs were repositioned exactly as I requested. I whole-heartedly recommend this service.

We had Oximagic come and clean the carpeting in the hallways of our condo building and we couldn't be more pleased. They were able to remove all the stains and the hallways actually smell clean now. Very reasonable price and great communication. We will use them going forward.

Professional from start to finish. Two phone calls from us to set the appointment, the technician arrived 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time, surveyed the area and went to work. He was done and gone within an hour and a half and completed the job to our complete satisfaction. Technician arrived on time, reviewed what needed to be done and very clearly explained the process. The work was performed as expected and in the projected time frame. The technician was very professional the entire time he was at my home. My wife and I are very satisfied with the work done and have already recommended him to others.

I negotiated the price on the phone - explained that it was a very large room probably equivalent to at least 3 rooms. he gave me the special price as well as a price if it was really the equivalent of 4 rooms. Also gave me a fixed price for the stairs. The cleaner arrived early - was very pleasant and had the pricing information. We had some very bad pet stains - he said he couldn't guarantee that they would come out completely but in his experience the type of carpet we had tended to clean very well. He cleaned the carpet - took only a little more than an hour. Asked me to take a look and make sure I was satisfied. The carpet looked very good and looked even better once it dried. I will say that it took a few hours to dry but still much less than a steam cleaning. I would definitely use them again and consider the price more than reasonable. The last time I had the space professionally cleaned it cost over $500.

We weren't impressed with them because we feel they could have gotten more of the stains out than they did. Our furniture really didn't look any different after they got done cleaning.
