Oxymagic Carpet Cleaning The Greener Carpet Cleaner

My expectations were low when our new home was empty of furniture and we saw the condition of our carpeting. Oxymagic brought them back to life with their cleaning system. Great customer service all the way from initial price request to the end of service.

Tried to sell upgrade upon arrival. Not sure he started with clean water in machine. results were OK.

Arrived on time. Did a thorough job. Was able to get out all stains. We have a rental apartment and need to have an insured company. The rules are very strict. This company showed proof of insurance. they arrived on time and did a great job. We plan to schedule them for our main residence in the Fall.

The technician was timely, the price was as quoted and the carpets looked great. The technichian noted any problem areas with no attempt to upsell the services.

They did excellent work. It dried very quickly and they did a great. They didn't use any chemicals that were harmful to my cats which I really appreciated.

Robert came out and did a fantastic job. He went over exactly what would be done and was able to take out most of the stains in my carpets. I would highly recommend and will be using them again once a year.

They promised to come between 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM but did not turn up until 2:20 PM - the explanation was casual "oh we left a voicemail" - though there was no voicemail left. The guy who came in did pay attention to my requirements and did a fair job cleaning the carpets and rugs. Though they claim that they move 'small furniture', please be careful enough to make sure that they place the furniture in their original position after cleaning. Also, please do not expect any kind of courtesy from them in form of help moving bigger furniture like mattress, chest. Though this guy extended a helping hand but, was so careless that the pedestal of the chest broke. Last but not the least, please pay close attention to the final bill - I experienced a tendency in trying to charge in excess to what was originally quoted

I hired Oxymagic to clean the carpets in my home. They were really good and I would use them again.

Came on time, very polite, moved a piece of furniture that was too heavy form me to move myself, was honest about how the thin rug was not going to be able to be cleaned by this method. only took about an hour to complete job, left no mess, rugs dried as promised in about 90 minutes. I just thought that 109 $ was a little too much for cleaning 2 rugs that were not that big. But I gave technician 10$ tip for trying to help me and doing a good job. And the rugs looked nice and clean when finished.

The provider cleaned the carpets in a den, two other small rooms and two staircases. I did not compare price with any other provider, and I have not had my carpets cleaned in a very long time. The provider was prompt, pleasant, and very professional. The result was excellent. -particularly the hall area, which gets a lot of traffic has not looked this good since it was first installed. I would definitely use this provider again.

The job was done well, prompt, on time, no complaints. Price was reasonable, and again the service was done to specification.

They were professional, courteous and thorough in the cleaning. There were two people on the crew and each spent close to 2.5 hours cleaning each level. We were very pleased with the results. Also, all their equipment was inside the house, so they were not dragging hoses all around the house. Highly recommend them. Will be using them for Grout Cleaning next week and for future carpet cleaning needs.

Went better than expected. Very careful with our furniture and items that they moved. Went over complete procedure and lived up to what they said they would do. So good, we had them come back and refinish our dining room floor. Looks great.

Couldn't have gone better in every respect.

A disappointing job. In one room, some carpets still looks dingy. The serviceman cleaned only the open areas of the floor and left areas behind and under furniture dirty. UPDATE: This is a second review. After my comments on 4/18, I was surprised to receiver a telephone call from the company. The gentleman said that they were sorry I was dissatisfied and that they value their good reputation. He dispatched a technician who re-cleaned our bedroom carpet (for free!) The carpet really looks great! He did a fantastic job. The dinginess is gone and he threw in a free Scotch Guard treatment for my inconvenience. Oxymagic Carpet Cleaning really takes pride in their work. I'd highly recommend them.

All of the agents in my area were booked, so the company owner arranged for a rep from a different area to accommodate my timeline. The agent was punctual, efficient, and effective. the price was much better than that of another competitor. I would use them again.

Thursday March 28, 2013 Brian came in and picked up the key to our building. On Good Friday the crew came in and did a wonderful job cleanin our very dirty carpets and bathroom floors. When finished they returned the key and called the following Monday to see if we were pleased. We were very pleased. The bathroom floors have never looked so nice and are carpets are clean. Thank you for a job well done.

Robert spent about 90 minutes in my home cleaning three large rooms, an upper hallway and carpeted stairs. I had removed all things from the floors and all small furniture and vacuumed before he came. He and I moved a small desk and placed it back afterwards. He is a lovely young man and worked hard to do a good job, even though he began at 5:30 pm and I was his last customer of the day. After he completed the job, the carpet was completely fluffed up, very clean and soft. I vacuumed the following day and waited for my best test: a group of people tramping all over it! Well, that was yesterday, Easter, and we had ten people, five ladies wearing heels, and a lot of food back and forth through the downstairs rooms. As usual, there were tons of "holes" poked through the carpet from the heels, and nothing was spilled. After everyone left and I cleaned up, I left the vacuuming for last. I am thrilled to say that the carpets vacuumed up beautifully, the old spots and a couple of small stains do not seem to be resurfacing and it looks as good as when it was cleaned. I am highly impressed with the OxyMagic method and would never hire a different carpet cleaning company again. Instead of a hose and nozzle like a cannister vacuum, this large and heavy machine uses brushes and suction to deep clean the carpets. I would assume the process will work equally well on furniture. I am very pleased with the results.

Called the Cedar Grove office and was given the name of the NJ Bergen County Rep ( Tom - 201-372-1040) who was cordial and gave me the appointment for the day I wanted the following week. He told me Lou would be doing the job. Lou arrived a few minutes before the time indicated and we discussed what had to be done. He was very nice and did a really good job, taking the appropriate time to do a thorough job. My family room carpet is wall to wall and about 25 years old (dark brown) and I wanted to freshen it up because I was getting new furniture the next day. My other rooms and steps & entry way are a very light oatmeal color and had some spots and stains (have no animals) . In the past I've had carpets cleaned and the stains reappeared or were never removed completely. I must say I am truly amazed at how clean the carpets are. The sofa also looks great -- He even cleaned the pillows and arm covers - Had a little trouble with the upholstery machine working properly, so came back the next morning and I was very satisfied. Because of the inconvenience, they gave me an adjustment on the price for the sofa.. .I highly recommend this company. I aways try to get a name for a recommendation so I will recommend you call Tom if you live in Bergen County. (Ridgefield Park, Teaneck area)

The rugs were fiflthy, he spot cleaned the problem area and went to work. The cleaning was done efficiently and promptly. When he was finished it looked like new carpeting. I walked on it immediately in my socks and it was dry. Very little moisture on the carpet which was a concern of mine when hiring a carpet cleaning company, as there is hardwoods under the carpet. It is very refreshing to call a company that shows up when they promise, do a great job for a reasonable price. What a novel idea!

The service person arrived on time and performed a good job of cleaning. The price is exactly as quoted and the carpet looked significantly cleaner afterwards.

My carpet is very worn from use of 4 kids and pets. Oxymagic arrived and cleaned the carpet in a very professional and courteous manner. They addressed many of my concerns with the condition of the carpet. They brought new life to old carpeting. I would definitely use them again.

My carpets were filthy and had stains. Not only did they make them look new but they made sure I knew they would be willing to come back for touch ups if I felt it necessary. They were pleasant, personable and very professional.
