They did a good job, but I was disappointed that no attempt was made to move even the lighter furniture to clean those areas as well. The areas that were done dried quickly and were noticably cleaner.

Description of Work: I have used these folks before, for entire carpet and upholstery cleaning and they did a fine job. I was interested in getting non-toxic products in my house, so they have technology to provide more green cleaning products. I had a major spill a few months later and when I called, they had no problem coming out -- even for a small job. DO guide them for the areas that have built up dirt (bottom of sofa and arms). When I asked them to focus on this area, they were hesitant at first, but with my unsolicited guidance, the built up soiled areas were cleaned to my satisfaction. Overall, they did a great job and I would use them again.

Description of Work: After an over the phone estimate I set up appt which ended up being 2 days after Superstorm Sandy. Having power I reconfirmed appt and the owner reassured us they would be there. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job cleaning carpets and holding exactly to quoted price. The stains and dirt came out beautiful. It looks like I just installed new carpet. I have 43 steps in my house that take a lot of abuse and the look perfect. Thank you Angie's list for the recommendation. I wold highly encourage you to use Oxymagic for your carpet cleaning. I'm going to see if they can do my offices.

Description of Work: Oxymagic cleaned three rooms of carpet (each room had furniture which did not need to be removed or replaced). Also cleaned one upholstered office chair ( one large spot did not come out, but was lightened), and two 8' x 2' runners. It is hard to tell whether spots are truly removed, until some time passes, certainly not while the technician is still on the premises and the cleaned area is wet.

I will be asking him tocome back and redo the rest of the house after construction is completed. Great Point is they dont leave the carpets totally wet as opposed to the SteamCleaning guys, which for me is a Plus. Drying time approx 1-3hrs. Chander

Description of Work: I have an old dog that has accidents....They've come twice and did a great job and I have hard to clean rough carpets. They cleaned the spots and after it dried the stain was gone. Smell too!
