It went very good. He wore booties to make sure he didn't track dirt in. They were very prompt and excellent.

Everything went great. They showed up on time and completed the work promptly. My tub is working well now and there was no problem with my boiler. This is the fourth time I've used Peace of Mind, I will definitely use them again in the future.

A couple of years ago we noticed that when we did the laundry in our second-floor laundry room, the rush of draining water from the spin cycles would cause the kitchen sink on the first floor to gurgle loudly, and sometimes cause waste water to back up into that sink. This happened more frequently - and more water backed up into the sink - and we realized something should be done. I purchased a long plumber's snake, but could not improve the situation. Through work my wife heard that Peace of Mind Plumbing was a reliable, reasonably-priced plumber. We checked them out on Angie's List as well and made an appointment. They arrived on time, were extremely friendly and competent. We talked about the problem, and they followed the laundry drain down into the basement. They figured that the drain was getting clogged at some point past where the kitchen drain entered the main drain that left the house. They cut a portion of the pipe out in the basement and used a heavy-duty snake to clean out the pipe and remove a lot of built-up crud that had accreted inside the pipe over the years. They then replaced the cut-out portion of the pipe with a section of PVCD pipe. They recommended replacing the pipe, but were happy to simply do the snake work, warning simply that as soon as a few years later the pipe could need replacement. The washing machine now drains well without backing up in the kitchen sink, although we do hear some gurgling from time to time. So far, so good! If the pipe acts up again or we need any other plumbing services, we will call Peace of Mind!

When I called to schedule replacement of my kitchen faucet, I got a prompt return call. They were available within the week to do the work. I was given a choice as to their getting the new faucet or our going to buy one and made a suggestion as to where to go. We chose to go to buy one ourselves. They gave us a time window but were past it by only a half hour which is understandable. The work was done in a most professional way and we are very pleased with the outcome! We would not hesitate to call them again!! Their advice about our bathroom vanity was great and we will probably be getting that done in the near future. Their prices are fair and square and well worth paying!!

Michael came in between the scheduled time. He was very polite and addressed me by my first name and I appreciated that. He also had booties on so he wouldn't dirty the inside of the house. My wife appreciated that. I explained the problem to him and he assessed the situation. The solution was to snake it and he gave me a reasonable quote. I gave the Ok and he was done in about 15 minutes. The entire experience was great. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.

My kitchen sink had been sluggish and on Sunday evening after a tub bath, my kitchen sink overflowed. I called Michael on Sunday evening and sent an email to him telling him I had an emergency. He called me promptly that evening and said he could be there in the afternoon but I told him it was an emergency so he did come early in the morning. He and his assistant did a thorough and quick job and were very pleasant. Gave me the senior discount which I appreciated. I was very satisfied and will call him again as needed.

Michael and his assistant arrived on time and put on booties prior to entering my home, without being asked, which was a sign to me that they would be clean and careful -- and they were! He explained the problem and the solution and did the job quickly and efficiently. I have recommended them to a friend who was very happy with their service and I would use them again.

Michael and his co-worker were very professional, calm and pleasant and the job was finished within an hour. Michael also recommended I contact another Angies list provider, STOP of NJ, to deal with the water damage remediation. I have contacted them and they will be on hand when the insurance adjuster comes next week to assess the needed repairs. I am completely satisfied with Peace of Mind - - and, yes, they did give me peace of mind in the midst of the mini disaster!

I used the same company a few years ago when I needed some rusted valves replaced in my laundry room. As before, my call was promptly responded to and an appointment scheduled. They showed up on time and were meticulous about covering their boots so that dirt would not be tracked inside my house. The faucet in the kitchen was about two years old and was leaking. They recommended calling Koehler to see if it could be replaced under warranty, and then I would only need to pay then for the labor. They even called Koehler for me. In the end, Koehler would only replace the cartridge and I opted to buy a whole new faucet. In the powder room, there was 1 part that needing replacing but they recommended replacing the entire unit since it was dated and would probably wear out soon. I took their recommendation, they ordered the faucets and came back a week or so later to install. I I appreciated that they offered options at different price points and didn't try to hard sell me on the most expensive option. I would definitely use again.

The owner was very pleasant and knowledgeable. They were very courteous and did a great job. His assistant was also very friendly.

It went very well. They were on time. They were neat. They went right to the store; created up and we were ready to go in an amount of time though. I really like them. If I had any problems I often call them. The price was a normal price.

They were not able to do the job. They charged me the money, and I was not very happy about them. I called a local guy who was much more experienced, and he was able to fix the problem. They said the pipe was broken, and that was not the case, it was just tree roots that were stuck there. He couldn't do what he was supposed to do, and he said that he wanted more money to fix the problem. He was gentle, and he was not rude or anything.

I had a very good experience about four months ago. They were very prompt and did an excellent job. I use them all the time.

They are great. I can't say anything bad about them. The guy fixed my boiler. I had a minor plumbing thing in which water was going to my ceiling downstairs to my living room and they were on that. They are really great.
