Professional, courteous and very informative. Peace of Mind has brought just that on two separate (unrelated) occasions. Their knowledge and patience with me as a new homeowner was very comforting. Their work was tidy and speedy, as well. Very considerate of costs and have been very close to estimated price which was refreshing.

I was very unhappy with the level of professionalism regarding puncuality, pricing, and ethical behavior. In regards to punctuality, I had an appointment for 10:30 am. The plumber showed up unexpectedly at 8:50am. I showed him where I wanted my washer and dryer installed and where he would have to run the water lines from. The job required about 60 ft. of insulated pex uponor tubing which he would have to connect to the main waterline. The rough plumbing was already in place ( drainage, and rough plumbing for a sink. ) When I asked the price he first quoted me $1500-$2000. Then 15 minutes later when he wrote up the quote for me, he told me it would cost $3300. He did not explain what that mysterious additional $1300 was for. I know the raw materials needed cost no more than $300 and for a project that could easily be completed in one afternoon, $3000 is a ridiculously high rate for labor. My last point of contention was regarding his ethical behavior. When he was filling out the paper quote for me he asked me for my social security number. There was no reason to ask for this information. When I asked why he needed it, he just laughed and said sorry. perhaps it was meant as a joke but it came off very sketchy and unprofessional. I an a woman and I honestly felt as though I was given this treatment because the guy thought I didn't know any better. I would not hire Peace of Mind Plumbing to do the job.

Very professional, quick response to do the job, very neat workers. Would use them again for any plumbing needs that might arise and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Plumber.

I have worked with many contractors over the years. Very rarely do I feel like I need to tell everyone about how great one is. Michael is one of the BEST contractors I have ever dealt with. From the time of initial contact, his communication is quick and responsive. His work is excellent. He will go above and beyond. During our remodel, our primary contractor had delayed the project causing the pipes to freeze and burst in the addition. Michael was came right away and handled all of the leaks. When I hooked up the laundry room and turned on the water, I didn't know that the shower needed a cartridge installed or the water would flow freely from cold to hot. I contacted Michael and not only did he know exactly why it was doing that (this was not a problem), he followed up the next day to see if I had taken care of it. When I informed him that I didn't do it, he came on a holiday to do it for me WITHOUT ME ASKING. By far, this is one of the best plumbers you can work with.

Two gentlemen showed up within the time frame we had set up a few days prior. As soon as they arrived, they put booties over their shoes. I appreciated that. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. Their price was fairly reasonable. Overall, they did a good job and I would definitely use this company again.

I had a leak in my kitchen sink. Two guys showed up and promptly rectified it. Turns out it wasn't a leak but something that could be rectified by tightening the fawcet. They then helped me remove a hose that had frozen to the nozzle and turn off the water going to my back yard. When I asked what I owed for the visit, they said nothing. Because they didn't replace any part, they didn't charge me anything. This is the third time I've used Peace of Mind. They are friendly, professional and honest. A first class operation that I will definitely use again in the future. Thanks, Guys.

Excellent, they were able to unclog my sewage pipe. They explained the issue and ways of preventing it in the future. Very courteous company and took the time to explain everything.

I originally called Mike because the downstairs toilet was not flushing properly. Since the original toilet was so old we decided to get a new one. Jordan who was doing the work offered to go to the plumbing supply and pick one up immediately so I wouldn't be without one. He also gave me the price difference if I picked up the toilet myself but I opted to have him take care of everything. He returned within an hour and the toilet was operational soon after that. I appreciate the extra time spent by Jordan and the other worker to get the toilet installed as soon as possible. I have used Mike before for other plumbing jobs. He has always been professional and has been very accommodating in getting the job done quickly.

Everything went fine. We used Michael before a few years ago for a similar shower leak. He was punctual, friendly, and completed the job very quickly. He also checked a leak under the sink and we're having him come back to replace the hoses after we get new ones. His price seemed fair, though a bit high. He explained that he has to charge more in high-rises. We were able to take advantage of the Senior Discount.

Have had problems with an upper bathroom and kitchen sink that were draining VERY slowly. There was also a problem with the sprayer unit in the kitchen sink. We called around 11:30 am this morning leaving a message. They returned our call promptly. Even though our problem wasn't an emergency, they came at 2 pm and fixed all the problems. Work was done efficiently and we are very happy with the result

This job could not have gone smoother. Mike is great at managing their schedule and if for some reason he can't show up when scheduled, he gives you plenty of a heads up. He took care of our permits, and came back after running the line, before we had the stove, to then hook it up. Really like the company's responsiveness and professionalism.

I called in the morning, left a voice mail, received a call back within the hour, and the technician was on site within an hour as promised. Before repairs were made the issue was explained and reviewed before work started. They also disclosed other potential costs that were in the end not needed.

i had an upstairs shower that wouldn't drain. i tried a snake but this needed a professional. i'm new to the area and my old plumber that i loved didn't travel this far. one plumber stuck out among the rest on reviews on angieslist and i decided to give them a shot. i scheduled an appointment and was not disappointed. Two guys came and were prompt and very efficient. after trying two snakes to unclog the drain they said they may have to try something else (open up the walls to get to the clogged pipes). after some poking around they found that the pipe in question was hidden and we would have to put holes in the downstairs bathroom ceiling just to get to it. they were very open and forthcoming of the situation in regards to pricing and what they would be doing. luckily before we went that route they tried a 3rd snake and finally got the drain unclogged. After the plumbers were in my house for less than 5 minutes i could tell that these were people that could be trusted, they take pride in what they do and they do enjoy helping people. i wish i could say the same for other masons / contractors that i have found on angie's list. I found my new plumber and will recommend them to all of my friends who are in need of plumbing. THANKS!!!!

I found that I had a leak in my basement and knew that it needed immediate attention. I searched Angie's List and found "Peace of Mind Plumbing". I called and spoke with Mike to explain the situation and he came over the same day. The leak was coming from an old connection under the kitchen sink that needed to be replaced. Mike replaced it and secured the area. Very happy with the response, the work and Mike's friendliness and professionalism.

I called and spoke with Michael and he could not have been more pleasant to deal with. He told me someone could come out the following day to provide me with an estimate. They showed up exactly when he said they would. I believe his name was Jordan. Could not be any more helpful. Offered a great price and said he could do the job now if I wanted. I took him up on his offer and an hour later the job was done. Everything works great and he was insistent about cleaning up after himself and since it was raining they even wore covers over their shoes so my floors didn't get damaged. Completely professional.

This is the 2nd time I've used 'Peace of Mind Plumbing'...I have to say that the name fits the bill. In the first visit they replaced two outside hose faucets...2nd visit they replaced an old toilet and I'm more than ready to call them back in order to replace a 2nd toilet in my 2nd bathroom. They're very punctual, make a good attempt of being clean (they even put on cloth booties to protect the rug) & do excellent work. They're also very friendly & informative--they take the time to explain what the root cause of the issue is & provide different solutions for your problem. During their last visit & while examining my 2nd malfunctioning toilet I asked for their honest opinion on what needed to be done...they gave me an answer preceded by "I don't tell you what you want to hear, I tell you the truth" & in this day & age...i honestly do appreciate the 'truth'. I believe I've found my go-to plumbers!

They were available the same day. They did the job right away and he was really nice. It was a great experience.

It was wonderful. The furnace stopped working and the plumber came in he was able to give us a whole new furnace. He was very nice, he brought his helper, they ate pizza using the washer and dryer as a table so they didn't stop working until the job was completed. They worked a long time. The guy's name is Mike. I spent about $9000. He came, looked the old furnace, took out the old furnace, put in the new furnace, showed us how to use them new furnace and then they discovered there was something wrong with the thermostat. So he put in a temporary thermostat and called his friend who was an electrician, who came out the next day who discovered a flaw in the wiring. We figured it was something like that because the outlets underneath the thermostat hadn't worked for the longest while. So the electrician fixed that for us.

Michael was amazing, I can't say enough! I requested an appointment online last night (late Friday evening) because my water heater broke and water was slowly leaking. I did not expect a callback/appointment until at least Monday morning. He called me back immediately to assess how quickly the heater needed repair. It was a very old one and needed replacement; Michael presented me with options to think about. He replaced the water heater this morning even though he doesn't work on weekends. Everything was done and cleaned up within two hours. He was neat, quick, and professional. I am very grateful and highly recommend his services to anyone!

This is a terrific company. I have worked with them for several years. The first time Michael put in a sump pump. That was about 4 years ago. In between they have fixed 3-4 leaks, installed a new sink and put in this furnace. They are by far the very best. They are prompt, professional, friendly. And they clean up after themselves. I could say more, but I'd just be repeating myself.

First of all I called Peace and Mind Plumbing and Mike called me back within 10 minutes. He wanted to come by that afternoon to give me an estimate but I made an appointment to just get the work done. I was very impressed with Mike as he showed up on time and answered all my questions. He informed me of my options for the repairs as well as the costs. He answered any questions I had. He told me it would take approximately 2 hours to complete the work and he was right on the money. The plumbing company I hired previously is large and you would never know what plumber they were going to send?certainly not a master plumber for smaller jobs so the work was not consistent. That's why Peace of Mind Plumbing was my choice?if I have a problem, I can call Mike and know I'll get a quick response.
