Came down in morning to find our basement bathroom toilet flooded. Tried to plunge it myself and realized immediately I had a bigger problem on my hands. Ran to Angie's list to find trusty plumber in area since we've only lived in house/town for 1 1/2 years. Found closest and best rated and gave Mike's Plumbing a call. Mike answered right away, i explained problem and he said he'll be over in 1 hour. Arrived promptly, got to work and seemed to resolve problem. Unfortunately that evening, toilet backed up again. However, I called Mike in morning and he popped back over--even on the 1st FOOTBALL SUNDAY of the year. Mike does great work and will be OUR plumber for future projects.

Mike is a diamond in the rough and is a real 'gas'. Pardon the pun. I had had a gas leak and needed a new gas connector attached to the gas line. Mike returned my call in 1/2 hr and, promised to come that evening. He was punctual and had all of the parts and tools he needed to do the job. Mike completed the job and cleaned the area in 1/2 hr, His price was reasonable (he included the Angie's List 15% discount) and he gave me tips for spotting leaks in the future (soapy water). I could not have been happier with his personable, competent service. I would certainly recommend him. Thanks Mike.

Our 4-year old clogged the toilet with apple slices. I called Mike based on his positive reviews on Angie's List, coupon and location. Mike is extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. He picked up his phone when I called (I did not go to voicemail) and he was able to come to our house the that evening! His price was reasonable and he cleaned the work area when he was finished. We found our new plumber!

The kitchen sink was backed up and had a leak underneath. Mike came on time, snaked the sink to clear the blockage and replaced the leaky parts. His price was extremely reasonable. He is very personable as well as professional. We will definitely use him again.

We needed a local plumber for our kitchen remodeling project and I found Mike on Angie's List, called and left a voice message. Within 20 minutes, I received a return call and we talked about the scope of the job and the approximate cost. Mike came by a few days later to meet, review the specifics of the job, provide a more specific proposal and the necessary paperwork for the work permit. When our other contractors had nearly completed their work, we determined the date for Mike's services and he arrived promptly at 9am. The job went very smoothly as Mike is very personable, knows his craft and is a true professional. I highly recommend his services and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Excellent service. I called Mike for the first time, he answered and was at the house within an hour. Unlike other plummers Mike offered lower cost options for the problems we had. He also cured a pressure problem we've had for a few years for which other plummers had no solution. Mike is very professional, knowledgeable and an all round nice guy. I highly recommend him for any plumbing or heating needs....he is now our plummer.

Mike arrived promptly at 8AM. He went right to work. There was a need for additional repairs to what was discussed on the phone. He told me the price upfront for the additional work which I agreed to. He took a lttle over an hour to do the repair, and he even took extra care to not disturb my infant son who was sleeping in the next room.

My mother-in-law's heating system was in need of complete overhaul. I got a few quotes and went with Mike because he was clearly an honest guy and gave me a fair price. He also came recommended by my electrician who I trust completely. He was on time, did the job over two days and cleaned up afterward, taking away the old boiler for me. The finished work was beautiful. See the picture for yourself. Doing good work is one thing but it's nice when you find someone who clearly takes a lot of pride in doing so.

Mike is a great plumber. I have used him at least twice since the summer, since my building is very slow to respond to drain / sink issues. He has fixed my kitchen and bathroom sinks as well as unclogging the bathtub and adjusting a showerhead. He was more than professional, his prices were very reasonable. I would definately call him again if I ever need anything done in my home in the future.
