I called Mike, who answered the phone, for some info and a price. He gave me an estimate and set up an appointment for the next day. He was efficient and respected my house and belongings. The wok was great and he assisted us with the warranty info. The pricing was the same as the estimate over the phone and I used an Angie's List coupon, which he honored. While he was here, he also gave some info on another job, which we may have him back to complete.

Mike did a really great job....just a pleasure to work with from start to finish. His employee Jordan was equally professional and polite. I would strongly recommend Mike in any plumbing need!

I needed someone who could troubleshoot my odd plumbing problem. Mike was exceptional. People say "I can't say enough" but in Mike's case it is true... he is wonderful He kept at the problem until he solved it with no impact to the walls and ceiling of my home. He is professional, takes time to explain circumstances, makes suggestions, gives options.. all with NO pressure. He is teriffic... in fact I have recommended him to my best friend! AND I have scheduled additional work with him... Mike is an A++++ .

Called Mike on a Wednesday afternoon, he answered his phone personally. Gave me an estimate for a 50 gallon hot water heater. Made arrangements to have him install it Friday 3/16/2012. Mike is a really personable guy who has the customer's best interest at heart. He was honest and trustworthy and gave me a really good price on the installation of a new hot water heater. He did a great job, cleaned up the area when he was done. I would highly recommend him, he gives you an honest, fair price for the work he performs, and he is not out to nickel and dime you to death. One of the other plumbing companies on Angie's list I received an estimate from, tried to charge extra for items that should have been a normal part of the installation, not a good business practice. Mike will be my plumber in the future, I will definitely use him for all my plumbing needs and will not hesitate to hire him again. In fact, he gave me an estimate for another plumbing job and I will be calling him soon to do the job. Thanks for a job well done Mike.

We have owned our house for almost 10 years and had many different plumbers work on our house. I would say that Mike's Plumbing has provided the best service hands down. They are courteous, professional and love their job. They showed up on time installed the toilet no problems and also discovered we had issues with our shower drain. They replaced our shower drain and even grouted some of the shower area at no additional cost. I look forward to using Mike's services in the future which is now called Peace of Mind Plumbing. big leaky faucet on tub in the attic---i could hear the water running but could not shut it off---he came and fixed it completely. Very pleasant and did a wonderful job.

Mike was part of a team installing a full house generator to our home running the gas line to the unit. Inspector signed off on the job. He always let us know the date & time he would be here, making the appointments at our convenience. He called if late. Was very courteous. After witnessing his work ethic and attitude, we hired him to do an extra job of changing out an old portion of the sewer line. He handled that job with great dispatch. We are very satisfied.

He was punctual, very professional, was exceptionally concerned with keeping work area neat and clean and did an outstanding job. I could not be more satified with his work, demeanor, and price. I highly recommend him to all.

I needed a plumber to replace a hose valve that was broken by a landscape contractor erecting a new wall and driveway,the contractor never replaced the valve that he broke. I called Mike's Plumbing and requested a new valve. I then decided to reroute the copper pipe and valve to another part of the front yard. I then asked Mike to repair a toilet in my basement that I failed to fix properly myself . The best part of my experience was when I asked Mike to look at some radiators that were not working. He got them to work but didn't charge me for the time. It was a relief to have heat back in those two rooms.

He gave us some ideas to what the problem might be. He was very nice and honest. It was the first time I'd had called him and would definitely use him again.

What a great experience. I left a message early in the morning & received a call back very quickly. Mike was very friendly and accommodating. He came the same day (came in the evening to accommodate me after work). We discussed that we needed to fix the current way the drain was hooked up from the washer(connected to a pipe directly into the wall). He put in a new pipe which he had connected into the same drain as our water softener. He then removed most of the old metal pipe sticking out of the wall and sealed that up. Was very professional and CLEAN. Was done in about an hour!!! Came to the house with paper boots over his shoes!!! I was impressed... He gave us a quote which was very reasonable and said he could do the job right there on the spot which we were very happy about. No need to set up another appointment. Will use him again and suggest him to others!!!

Mike was wonderful to work with. He initially came to provide and estimate and explained, in detail, various options to resolve the issues. He also let me know during the estimate that the price may change depending on what's behind the wall. The day of the appointment to do the work, he arrived on schedule. The work was completed in 5 hours and the end result looked great. The final cost was as he esimated with no surprises. He even installed our new bathroom vanity at no additional charge. Mike is personable, knowlegeable and professional. I would definitely go to Mike for all plumbing issues.

Mike was absolutely great to work with. Initially called him to install a new kitchen faucet. Since it was Sat late afternoon and it wasn't an emergency, he gave me very helpful info over the phone so I could do it myself. However, I ran into a problem as the hot water valve seal apparently was broken and I couldn't shut the water other than the main. Since I didn't want to risk being without water for the weekend in case anything else went wrong, I elected to call him back and make an appointment to change the values as well as the faucet. Mike was very good in returning all calls promptly. We made an appt for Mon night. He kept us posted as he was running late. Showed up with paper covers over shoes. Was very professional. Performed work quickly and efficiently and totally cleaned up when work completed. Price very fair. He told us the price before work was started. He was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend him and I would definitely use him again.

Mike always answers the phone or returns calls promptly. He works very neatly and leaves no mess behind. He explains everything about the job very clearly. I would definitely use Mike again and would recommend him to others.

Mike and his assistant showed up at the time scheduled and went right to work. We had a leaking gas line running to the stove top. The kitchen was recently remodeled before we moved in (just last week) and the shutoff valve that was leaking was very difficult to reach. He extended the pipe to make it more easily accessible and fixed the leak. The main gas line shutoff was also difficult to access. He did a beautiful job and I could not believe how efficiently they worked. Once he was done, he showed me how to detect for any leaks. He also fixed a small leak downstairs at the water main, replace a thermocouple on my furnace and a small leak from my toilet. I could not believe how much work he did at such a reasonable price. I should have paid more. He certainly deserved it. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know and will definitely be calling him again with any future problems.

Mike was very responsive in returning my initial call. He gave me a time frame (on the same day) that we would be able to make it. He arrived within that time frame and completed the work required. He indicated that some of the parts within the tank needed to be replaced, gave me a quote on the additional service which I authorized. The new parts wer installed, however after Mike left water would run through the tank at various intervals. I called Mike the next morning to let him know and he, again provided a specific time frame that we would arrive (again the same day) arrived within that time frame changed the entire component in the tank and did not charge anything addtional. His work is impeccable. He is professional, and has alot of inegrity. He has a great work ethic and is very neat and clean.

I had Mike replace a leaking valve on one of the radiators a couple weeks beforehand. While he was there, I asked him about options for converting from the heat-exchanger I was using for full-house hot water: in winter, the very low temperature of water coming into the house means that water temperature can be unpredictable (i.e., cold showers). Given the age and layout of my home, and the limitations code enforces, on-deman and asked him to come back and do the hot-water heater job.d hot water was not an option. He quoted a fair, all-inclusive price and we scheduled a date for the conversion. He was absolutely professional, courteous, and efficient. He put down drop cloths to keep the mess down and minimize any tracking of dirt into the house, and cleaned up everything once he had finished. The job was completely done within five hours as he indicated and I am completely satisfied with the work. I highly recommend his services and would turn to him again for future pliumbing needs.

I thought I could replace the stem in my leaky shower by myself. I got the stem out and took it to a hardware store and sadly the stem was SO old that finding a new one was not going to be so easy, if possible at all. So I opened up Angie's List and started looking for a plumber. I found Mike's Plumbing and sent him an email. With the holidays I figured it would be at least until after the new year before I heard from him, but I was wrong. He called that evening and asked if he could come over and check things out and that was Tuesday. He came back Thursday and did the work. THAT FAST! He answered all my questions and did everything he said he would do! I have other ideas in mind and now that I have dealt with him, I would definitely feel comfortable calling on him to come back!
