Mike performed a few jobs for us within the past month and the work was done extremely well. He is prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgable, and honestly one of the nicest people that my husband and I have ever dealt with. Michael P came when he said he was and even let us know that he could come earlier than planned. He and his associate came in with disposable shoe covers and big smiles. Fixed our problem, and explained the mechanisms of the old toilet that we have...even joked around a bit. We felt very comfortable with him in the house and plan to use him for future projects. Michael and his partner put booties to keep the floor clear - a very nice touch from the start. They were pleasant and professional. They did the work in the time they estimated it would take and the price was the same they quoted me even though the installed an extra two valves. They left the work area spotless and have been the best plumbers I have hired in my 10+ years of owning a home. I will use them again to replace my water heater.

I decided to go with another company just because the other plumber was willing to do things that Mike felt was outside of his expertise. My experience with Peace of Mind was very positive, however. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Peace of Mind Plumbing & Heating was excellent and I got them through Angie's List. He came in and quoted me and told me approximately where it would be and when he get's there he was going to call me once he looked at the job. He came in and called me right away and told me what I was looking at and what he had to do. When the job was almost done he called me again and told me he was just about done and I happened to come by because I was working near by. I was very impressed. Him and his helper wore booties that kept the area clean walking in and out. He did a phenomenal job and everything worked. He replaced the whole trap system underneath the sink and did a really good job on it. I told him because of the water I was going to replace the ceiling in my bathroom. It was right where the water was leaking and he told me what to look for on the pipes to see if there was corrosion. He called me downstairs and showed me the pipes that are in the basement and said these I don't have to worry about, but while you got the ceiling down look for this and this and this and I was lucky there was nothing there. I would use them again in a heartbeat. The money I thought was a little on the high side, but for what he did I would still consider it a decent price.

Not a lot to say, other than Mike's awesome. A rare professional who works with integrity and pride. Now if he would only get licensed in NY so he can work on my other apartment...

I had a tiny leak in the bathroom that cost my bill to jump from $75 to $225 over a three month period. I checked the meter when he was done to see if it had stop turning after a 60 seconds, and it did! It stop and so do the money that was going down the drain!!! This company has the right attitude, personality, professionalism and fair pricing that any client would appreciate! My mother is a senior citizen and he explained and showed her everything he told and showed me. His business cards are just as unique and of high quality as was his work! I am more than overjoyed!!

Michael (the owner) was extremely patient in explaining potential causes of the plumbing problems we were having. He and his assistant, Jordan were professional but so nice to my three year old daughter. She kept asking when they'd be back. They were very thorough and detailed e.g. they spotted that the valve to the water on the side of the house was loose so they tightened the fastener for us. They were also very pleasant to have in the house, as the work we needed done took the entire day. Overall we had a very positive experience with Peace of Mind Plumbing. We will definitely use them again.
