Very well. They showed up on time, talked about options, and installed right then and there. Took some time to do it right, which we totally appreciated, especially as our dogs and son were running around.

Charlie was very amiable and knowledgable. He quickly assessed what needed to be done and proceeded swiftly. In addition, he was happy to answer all my questions allowing me to obtain some knowledge of my equipment I had been lacking. I would recommend Hometronics without hesitation.

Charlie is a true professional. He came out with his lovely wife on short notice and was able to finish everything the same day. The job was straightforward until I had a beam in the way of where I wanted the wall plates. He improvised the run while still keeping all of the wires hidden. They didn't try to rush the job or take any shortcuts. Charlie also uses the best quality connections and wiring unlike some other people I have dealt with in the past. Throughout the project he would give me updates and confirm any changes to our original layout due to stud locations or other obstacles. He made me feel very comfortable and was courteous. So we finally purchased an HD TV. Problem: our 15 year-old 5.1 receiver/speaker set up had totally different connections and we didn't have a clue how it would ever work with the new TV. Charlie came, sized it up quickly, explained what he would need to do, and gave us a quote on the spot. It was more involved than I think either of us expected, but he got the job done. And he even did some rewiring that was "above and beyond" - just to make things right, the way they should have been when the system was installed. trust me - this guy knows his stuff, and his pricing is very fair. When we finally do buy the BIG system, I won't let anyone but Charlie put it in.

Charlie was leaving for vacation the day I made the first call. He said he would call me as soon as he returned home. He was true to his word and called me immediately upon his return. I was not home and called him when I got the message and he returned my call the following day. He had given me an approximate cost for the service when I spoke to him the first time. He came to my home the same day he called me and was on time. He had all the necessary equipment on hand and was responsive to our needs. He set up the system, resolved all our problems and when he left we were very satisfied. He reconnected the components, set up my husband's ear phones, got our DVD working again and organized all our cables and wires. His work was very professional and he was a very pleasant young man. We were very pleased with his service. We highly recommend him.

They know what they are doing. Their work is neat and professional. They’ve always been responsive and the quality of work is very good. If he is running late he will give me a call.

Charlie did a great job. The TV looks very good. The wires are all tucked away, the verizon box, apple TV, modem, etc are all hidden away out of sight. The universal remote works great.

Charlie was great. On day one, he completed the hookup and applied the first coat of plaster in about three hours. He returned twice more for additional coats. Final assembly took about 40 minutes. He was punctual each time. Great job.

Charlie was punctual and very professional. He was going to be about one half hour late, so he called me to tell me before he arrived. He was very knowledgeable and professional in his demeanor. Charlie and his assistant were very neat and cleaned up when the job was done. Everything is working perfectly and I am very pleased with the way the install went. Talk about fast service! I emailed Charlie on Sunday morning and he was at my door a few hours later. He removed my old, very heavy plasma flat screen and installed my new flat screen. He hooked up my set & made necessary adjustments and he was done! He needed to remove my old bracket which did not fit and cleaned up any sheet rock powder. Very pleasant to deal with and clean too!

Hometronics returned my call, arrived on the specified time and went right to work. Gave me information I needed if I wanted to install a Roku box for streaming. Connected the dvd/vhs player with no problem although there are many many wires. Was polite and he wiped his feet before entering the house.

Charlie came in and mounted a 42 inch plasma on my wall. He hid the wires in the wall and made sure it was perfect. He had his assistant with him who hid my cable wire under the baseboard perfect that you can not see where my cable wire is. Charlie hooked up my old DVD/VCR as well as a wii game console, he explained everything to me and my husband. They were friendly and professional. Before they left everything was checked to see if it was working and and that we were satisfied. My rug was vacuumed and cleaned it was left it spotless. I will have Charlie come back and mount another flat screen as soon as I purchase another one. I would recommend him / them in a heartbeat.!!! On a scale of 1-10 I would give him a 20 that's how satisfied we are.

Charlie responded same day when I left the message with his office. He came next day to give me estimate and did all the installation on the promised date.

Everything went well whenever I used Charlie. I had once pushed a wrong button on my universal remote and my television screen went snowy. I called Charlie and he walked me through resetting it on the phone. A good deal for the techologically challenged for sure.

I hired Charlie @ Hometronics LLC to mount my new 55? LED HDTV. I needed the TV to be placed in a corner & I wanted none of the wires showing. I wanted the TV placed at a certain height & I wanted a certain look. That?s exactly what I got. Charlie scheduled an estimate a few days after our initial conversation. He showed up on time & seemed to know exactly what he was talking about from the beginning. He gave me some different options & his opinion as well. We discussed the pros & cons to each option and I booked the job. He purchased everything including the mount, cables & universal RF remote and set it up. A one stop shop. On the day of the installation, he arrived on time and ready to install. He ran the wires from the TV to the entertainment center through the wall into the adjacent garage as we had discussed and set up the cable box, Blu-ray player and RF remote. When he and his assistant were done after a few hours, the resul;t was exactly what I wanted. He was prompt, fair in price, courteous and great at what he did. I plan on purchasing a Bose Home Audio system in a few months and will have him install that as well. I would recommend him to anybody looking for a similar service. My rating is a solid A+

From start to finish it was a pleasant experience working with Charlie and I would highly recommend using him to anyone. He cleaned up afterwards and called a few days later to see how everything was working out.

Charlie fixed my problem when no one else wanted to be bothered. The company that had set up my HomeTheater System went out of business and I was forced to work with another local company. I never got a warm feeling from them and was looking looking for another company to work with for over 30 days, no one would even return my call. Charlie picked up the phone immediately and was at my house the next Saturday. He was able to fix my issue with the wireless modem fixing my TiVo DVR and integrated the VUDU seamlessly. Before he left he even completely re-programmed my remote. He was not only very knowledgeable but very professional and helpful. He gave me several options to upgrade the system in the future and actually talked me out of spending $500 for a new receiver. I would recommend Charlie very highly. His honesty and work ethic was very refreshing and greatly appreciated.

Charlie was fantastic. He definitely went above and beyond my expectations in trying to fix my problems. He actually called Verizon, tried to google search the problem and spent a great deal of time looking for specific set ups on our TV. He wound up just changing cable boxes, which worked. In addition, we could not get our Logitech remote to work. Charlie knew we were willing to buy a new remote from him, if we had to. Instead he just took the time to figure out and program the old one, saving us lots of money. He was very pleasant and professional and seemed to take a real interest in solving the problem. He alone was worth the price of our Angie's List subscription!

Approximately a month before doing the job, I booked an evening appointment with Charlie. He punctually came to our house, talked to us about what we wanted, looked at the room and the wall, described what limitations we might have once he gets into the wall and then gave us a price. He was at our house for like 3 hours giving us good advice for other TV issues in our house and devices we had questions on, which we ended up talking about just through conversation. He is a guy who really likes people and cares about the impression he leaves with the customer. As far as when I then told him we were ready to do the job, we booked about a week in advance, and then he confirmed with me twice, a couple of days before, and then the morning of the appointment. When he came to do the job, we encountered an issue with one of the apps (the model was a "Smart TV".) Charlies would not rest until the problem was resolved, and I said to him, this really isn't your issue, but since he had never seen it before, he was determined to solve it. He had to come back the next day to finish the job, and said all night he was obsessed with the issue. At the 2nd appointment, it was resolved. Phew. Overall, nice guy, great work, and a fair price, I would totally recommend Charlie and hire him again.

Charlie was very accommodating and made sure I fully understood the work to be done. I liked that he offered suggestions to make the best experience possible when viewing the TV , without being pushy on his recommendations. His attention to detail and making sure I was completely satisfied was great. I felt his price to be fair and competitive, and well worth the cost. He showed up when he said he would, there was no surprises and we are very happy with the job he did. I also thought it was a nice touch that he called me a few days after the Job was completed to check in on us to make sure everything was working properly. This is something you never get from anyone anymore. It is refreshing to have people like Charlie, who take pride in their work , and ensuring customer satisfaction!
