Everything went superbly far and above what we expected. Charlie and his assistant removed our broken TV and it large mount, installed our new UHD TV and a narrower mount, and programed the TV for us. We can recommend him enough!

I met with Charlie one evening for a walkthrough of my new house. I wanted to mount a new 55 inch Samsung TV above the fireplace, and also needed some advice for a surround sound system that would fit the layout of my family room. We spoke in great detail about the best way to set up the room and Charlie gave me a bunch of great ideas for different sound systems I could use. He was extremely knowledgeable and made suggestions at every price level so I could make an informed decision. Charlie was honest about the pros and cons of all the options we discussed and I eventually decided on a Sonos Playbar and subwoofer. Since it was a new house I had to have Fios installed before mounting the TV and Charlie helped explain how they would bring the service into my home and set everything up. He even gave me some advice for what type of boxes and router I should request from them. In the week leading up to the install Charlie stayed in contact with me making sure I was getting everything I needed from Verizon. He was very responsive to all of my calls and texts. On the day of the install Charlie was on time as promised. My fireplace has a little but of a funky configuration but Charlie was able to easily figure it out to mount both the TV and Sonos so everything looked great. He was extremely professional and did a great job setting up the system and then walking me through it. I had considered trying to do everything myself but am glad I didn't. I would have never been able to do as nice of a job as quickly and professionally as Charlie did. The total cost of the job included the price of the Sonos system I was able to purchase directly from Charlie. My wife and I are very happy with all of the work Charlie did.I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a clean, professional job. Charlie's estimate was right on point and he never tried to upsell my on something or a service I didn't need.

Charlie is great I sent an email Sunday night ,he called back that night and tried to trouble shoot the problem over the phone. He came by the next day installed the new receiver and made sure all the connections worked properly. Charlie is great to work with and takes the time to explain everything you need to know. He is very dedicated and we would highly recommend him.

Did an excellent job of mounting the tv. The cable box was on the other side of the room so Hometronics had to run the HDMI cable around a glass door frame. They did a nice job of insuring the cable was not noticeable by using a plastic molding to cover the the cable and flushing to the existing molding. They arrived on time for the estimate as well as the actual work. The attention to detail was meticulous with little mess as they worked. They even offered to vacuum after the work was done.

there is something to be said about they guy who consults with you for 30-45 mins and ends up NOT selling you any goods or services primarily because the solution you seek is off the shelf easy install retail.

Charlie was every professional and responded to our call immediately. He assessed the current wiring and recommended the best solution without upselling. Actual installation went very well and he even spent extra time figuring out other media wiring in the house and offered helpful tips. He ensured all equipment was working before leaving and cleaned up the minimal mess left from the work. We would definitely recommend calling Hometronics!

Charlie did a great job. He was patient and explained pros and cons of all choices. He ran cables through newly installed walls surrounding fireplace and came back to mount TV after the walls were covered in stone facing. His price included the TV wall mount and all the cables he ran. Charlie was meticulous in his work and the job was perfect. He was both professional and friendly in his interactions. Charlie was prompt in responding to my inquiry on his website, calling me back within 30 minutes of my email. He scheduled a time to come by for an estimate within several days, and then worked with me to find a date and time that would work with my schedule. Charlie and his wife were able to complete the work midweek after 5:00 pm. The work was done well and with a high level of professionalism. Charlie came to my home to see if he could fix a mess another company made when installing my new surround sound system and mounting my tv on the wall in my family. Charlie was honest, straight forward of what my options where and what he could do or could not do. With each problem I had he took his time going through the systems options until he found each one and fixed it. My wife & I are more than happy with the work that was done and Charlie (HomeTronics) will be our first call when we have our basement finish and it's ready for and entertainment system.

Called hometronics to mount two tv's. One over the fireplace, the other in a bedroom. Charlie was quick to respond and able to make an immediate appointment for an estimate. Gave us great advice on buying the tv's we needed and once we purchased them, came to install. Charlie was professional, pleasant and responsive to what we wanted. Charlie was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable. He thoroughly investigated the existing hard-wired system in the new house and was able to advise us on cost-effective options for incorporation into our entertainment system, based on our existing equipment and foreseen needs. Because he took such care at the beginning, I avoided spending extra money on an amplifier with power that I did not need. In addition, he did not complain when our furniture presented unique challenges; instead, he maintained a professional demeanor and a 'can do' attitude. His service charges were very reasonable. I will use him again.

I called Charlie after I moved into my new home to help mount Televisions. Charlie really knows cable and networking solutions. Our electrician missed putting in an outlet behind our television during construction so Charlie installed the proper hardware to safely provide power to our wall mounted television. Charlie also helped troubleshoot a wi-fi dead zone in my my family room where my main TV was located which was very important for my kids (streaming Netflix). He was able to think outside the box and came up with a cost efficient solution that has given us a strong signal throughout the house. Overall great experience working with Charlie!

This is the second time I've used Hometronics this year. The first install was a fireplace mount. This install was in the basement. Equipment, mounting, and installation all completed in a short evening. Nice job, Charlie.

Charlie and his team mounted 2 TV's and helped me set up a remote control extender that he recommended to me off Amazon. I contacted Charlie early in the week and he gave me a verbal estimate on the phone. He came by once to see where the TV's would be mounted and then came back on a Saturday to do the job. I ended up buying a mount from him as one of the mounts I had purchased from Costco was not what he advised for my larger TV. Charlie was very professional and I was impressed by his service and his willingness to schedule the work quickly despite his busy calendar. He also stuck to his verbal estimate that he gave me on the phone despite the fact that it was a slightly bigger job from his perspective after his first look at the house. I was refreshed by Charlie's honesty and felt that he was giving me sound advice. I will certainly consider him for future home entertainment work.

Charlie is great. He loves what he does and it shows. His prices are reasonable and he's just an all around good guy that's easy to work with. We also met his fiancee who assisted him one day and she's great too. You can't go wrong by reaching out to hometronics.

Charles immediately answered my call and gave me a quote for the work I wanted done. He was upfront about any unknowns and possible additional charges (e.g. if I needed a longer cable). The day of the service he called in the morning to confirm and then called when he was on his way. He arrived promptly and quickly go to work installing the TV. He listened to my direction as to where I wanted the TV to be placed on the wall and gave me various options for how to best install the TV and locate the wires. He wasn't able to put up the strip that would hide the wires on the wall because I had not installed the furniture that would hold the cable box,etc. but he gave me instructions on how to easily install the strip when I was ready. I would recommend Charles to a friend/neighbor.

I love my mounted TV. Charlie and his wife provided me with alternative cost options to conceal my wires. I will definitely use them again.

Charlie was great! He came to our home for an initial consult (which was free) and walked us through the various options and costs for mounting a TV above our fireplace. When Charlie came back for the install and started his work, he again walked us through our options and didn't pressure us to choose one option or another. Charlie was very professional and called a couple of times to confirm that he had all the parts he needed and the time of our appointment. He was also very thorough and did great work. We will definitely hire him again if we decide to mount another TV.
