ConstructionSolutions.com (CS.com) has more than 20 years experience in providing residential construction that executes; design, supply and project management services. We cater to both trade pros and consumer "project owners", not just homeowner's, because many of our clients have been real estate and construction project investor's E.G. sub-division and indivual "spec" homes project owners! We definetly work with sub-contractors. We offer a "stand alone" kitchen & bath design service, which complements the fact that we also sell cabinets, counters and tile; this is a different, and somewhat unique industry approach compared to most of my kitchen and bath design supply colleagues; who typically focus on the "product sale" only. We give clients the option to "truly" shop the design that they have already approved and paid for. It is our belief that because this a multi-step process that has "professional and creative" services, associated with delivering the results a consumer expects. It is not only reasonable, but it is also fair that we charge for the time and talent required to provide the "creative production" and "affordable luxury" we consistently deliver. If the consumer purchases the project from CS.com the nominial design fee that they pay is applied to the project, as a credit, so that makes the initial design fee FREE! Design fees start @ $350 up to $1000. The higher fess include multiple rooms, and multiple revisions. All of our design fee prices include up to 1 hour Free initial consult! Angie's List members receive an additional $500 up to $750 max. discount on all cabinet orders starting @ $10,000 up to $25,000 applied to any project purchase! This offer can be applied to any CS.com promotion. Ask a CS.com representative about the current promotions! Restrictions will apply to Angie's List members as they pertain to the additional discounts. Please check with CS.com before ordering any product! We are currently re-designing and re-developing the CS.com web-site, so all communication is being handled via e-mail and telphone.
