Absolutely loved the guy. The price was great. He did exactly what I wanted him to do. He finished the job like he said he was going to do. He showed up on time. He cleaned up. I referred him to my neighbor also.

Howard and co did an excellent job painting my house, I am beyond happy with the results!

I contacted four companies (from Angie's List) for an estimate to remove wallpaper and paint my kitchen (wall, trim and ceiling). Howard was the only contractor who actually came to see my kitchen in person. One other asked for pictures and provided a higher estimate, the other two never responded at all. Howard and his team did a great job. they arrived on time, were conscientious about protecting furniture and cabinets from paint splashes, rotated team members so someone was always working and completed the job in 7 hours. They missed a second coat on one small area and Howard promptly came back the next morning to fix the oversight. Integrity. Great company , great work.

I called Lincambri Painting right after I closed on a new house, they did an excellent job. Howard and his team did top notch work. Everything was completed timely (in fact quicker than I anticipated) and everything was done perfectly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The owner, Howard responded right away to my phone message requesting an estimate for painting our rooms. He was friendly and professional. Howard did mention that because of the backup of other commitments. he couldn't get to it right away, which we didn't have a problem with. He came to the house and took his time looking around at the work that needed to be done. My husband pointed out certain areas that needed extra attention and Howard took notes. The kitchen ceiling needed to be scraped because of paint peeling over the years and some additional scraping on the living room ceiling. We were surprised that Howard said it could all be done in a day and that he would get his whole crew working on the painting. Howard mentioned that he had heavy duty fans that would help with drying. We picked out the paint colors for each room and the crew showed up on the date we agreed upon and started painting. In the end they did a wonderful job in the living room, hallway, bedroom and the walls and trim in the kitchen. However, we ended up having a problem with the kitchen ceiling. When the paint dried it was evident that they hadn't taken the time to scrape and skim the ceiling properly. My husband called Howard and explained the problem. Howard listened and asked some questions then told my husband that he would send over some of his crew the next day. It took two men to work on the ceilings for the full day to correct the problem. Howard initially wasn't very agreeable at having his crew come back a second time, but was honest enough to finally admit that more time should have been spent on prepping the kitchen ceiling. The two crew men did a fantastic job in fixing the problem and the kitchen ceiling came out beautifully. In spite of the set back with the kitchen ceiling, we would recommend Lincambri Painting.

Howard responded promptly with a very fair estimate to paint several rooms in my house. He came over to inspect the areas first, and thoroughly explained all work to be done. He was very friendly, polite and professional. We corresponded several times by phone and by email and he was always very prompt in his responses. He arrived right on time with a crew of four painters to do the work and they were all courteous and professional. The work was done beautifully in one and a half days. We were thrilled with the results and would hire him again in a heartbeat. I have already recommended him to family and friends.

Howard did an exceptional job from start to finish. He responded to my request for an estimate quickly and provided a very fair price to do the work. Other estimates I received were all higher, some substantially higher for the same work. Along with painting we wanted crown molding installed at the ceiling and Howard coordinated with his recommended molding guys, who did a great job installing the molding. Both crews were clean and efficient in getting the work done with no hassles or surprises, and we are very pleased with all aspects of the job. I will definitely use Howard in the future when I have painting needs and have already recommended him to friends and family.

When contacted for an estimate Howard responded quickly to set an appointment. With the holidays quickly approaching we made a decision to use Lincambri Painting after taking numerous quotes. Howard had explained what was going to be used and how the job would be done. Other companies contacted were not as good as Howard at explaining the job. When we had questions Howard was quick to get back to us. We made the appointment with Howard for 1/18/16. The week prior we had each called one another to set up final arrangements. The morning of the job Howard and his team showed up on time and prepared the area completely before starting. Ashe had said it was completed in the one day and looked great! We would use Howard again and would recommend him anytime.

This was the third time we have used Lincambri Painting in the past five years. The workers were prompt and courteous. They cleaned the work area on completion of the job. We highly recommend them.

Howie and his team did an excellent job!! From the wall prep to completion of all the painting every detail was completed perfectly. He even included areas we had not spoken about such as the stairs. The job was completed in one day, a day earlier than originally expected. We will definitely have the Lincambri team back soon to do our upstairs bedrooms and family room.

Owner of the company came and gave me a free estimate. Estimate included a nice breakdown of the scope of work (very important). Owner informed me of his schedule. Owner informed me that he would be there as the painting work is being completed. I didn't hire him. I wish that I did. Instead I hired another painter that seemed professional simply because they said they will complete the work prior to me moving into the house and because they were $500 cheaper. I wish I hired Lincambri due to the following: · He/Owner came to give me an estimate vs. estimate of company I hired was never present during the job. · Lincambri's Painting estimate included detail breakdown of rooms and scope of work vs. estimate of company I hired didn?t which resulted in work they deemed out of scope when we questioned why wasn?t it painted. · He/Owner notified me that he would not be able to complete the project by my requested move in date vs. the company I hired telling me they would and then pushed the start date back twice (didn?t start until after I moved in). · I feel He/Owner would have been a leader and knowledgeable painter present during painting process vs. company I hired sent a lead painter that spoke 70% English and painters that barely spoke English at all and didn?t know how to lead and although he worked hard (he wasn?t a professional painter). · I fell He/Owner would have been actively involved during the entire project vs. owner of the company I hired purchased paint and came by to collect the check. · I feel He/Owner would have understood that doing a walkthrough with him and writing the color on the wall prior to painting would mean that wall would be painted that color vs. the company I hired doing a similar walkthrough and wrote the desired color on the wall but then painted it the incorrect color anyway. · I feel painters of Lincambri painting would have been professional since owner is present during the painting project vs. painters of the company I hired not knowing English and I found one beer bottle hidden in between my HVAC unit. · I feel I would have received a professional paint job that I expected and would have paid roughly $6,500 for vs. paying the company I hired $6,100 for a disaster that they came back to re-touch multiple times but still didn?t come out to look professional. I didn?t hire Lincambri but I really wish that I did. The above reasons justify paying a little extra to receive a professional job vs. paying for a company that claims to be professional but painted a disaster (that they did fix), didn?t cover my items, found a beer bottle left behind from one of the workers, came back numerous times to do touchups that they missed even though they were all marked with post its, and didn?t perform work according to the estimate.

This was a fairly complex job that involved extensive wallpaper removal, wall preparation and paint. Harold Sokol and his crew are utterly fantastic and did a remarkable job within a very reasonable time frame, with minimal disruption..They were prompt, professional, immaculate and an absolute pleasure to work with. Our home looks beautiful, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results.

The estimator looked at the rooms but wrote nothing done about what I wanted done. He promised to send me a quote by email, but never did.

I was very pleased with Howard and his crew. From the first contact for an estimate request, Howard was professional and responsive. The price above included all paint which was Benjamin Moore. They showed up on time each day and even completed a bit early. The work they did was flawless and the house looks great! I have already referred to friends and would not hesitate to refer to anyone. It went well from start to finish. The repair crew came in, moved all furniture carefully, covered over entire area. They went about fixing ceiling, nail pops, cracks, and other ceiling problems. Returned to do wet sanding to minimize dust. Then the team of painters came in. They are organized, neat, punctual and I am extremely pleased. I have used Howard and his crew before and I will always us them.

The work was easy to schedule, Howard was prompt and kept all appointments. The work looks great and was started and finished a day earlier than projected.

We had purchased a new house and wanted to get it painted before moving in. Howard the owner came to see the house to get the details and give an estimate. His quote was the same as another painter who was planning to do the job alone and needed about 7-8 days. Once we agreed they started work next week. As requested Howard also had put in sample colors for some of the rooms we wanted to take a look at before finalizing the colors. This was helpful in finalizing the colors. The entire job took 5 days and was completed on time before our move in date. Job was done very professionally and we are happy with the result.

He was on time. He's punctual. He's easy to work with but a lot of the work was sloppy. He had a big crew who came in and he had to come back because the crew had to miss things to inspect the work. He asked me if I would take the paint can to the trash I hold them to New Jersey to my house and he said he wasn't able to do it which I found it hard to believe; resulted the paint can sitting in the garage until it was able to get there and one of them leaked in the car. I paid six grand and he doesn't take the paint cans away so it was ridiculous. There was stutter in some places and I had to clean up and scrape up some part on some metal heaters. For the most part the paint job was good because it was a big job but for that amount of money I thought I would get a great deal.

, I couldn't have been happier with Howard and his team of painters. First of all, the price was right. They showed up right on time, were extremely professional, and took great care with everything that they did. Unexpectedly, they needed to correct an existing uneven paint job on the ceiling. This required extra time and a run to the paint store, but they were happy to accommodate with no extra costs or complaints. I would definitely recommend Howard to others, and will definitely be using him again.

As a real estate agent, I quite often have people selling homes who really should make a few changes here and there to get the best price for their homes. Some people looking just can't see past an outdated paint or wallpaper job. I called Howard last week to give me a quote for a home in Old Bridge, NJ. He was gone for the weekend, but came to meet me on Monday, gave me a great price for the job, and came in to start it on Wednesday. He finished most of an entire home by Friday afternoon. What a difference new paint makes! His guys are professional, and Howard does what he says he's going to do. I highly recommend Lincambri Painting!

Arrived promptly every morning with his crew. Dressed like painters shd dress with white pants etc. everyone had a job to do. One would do trim another cut the lines. Very professional.when they left for the day the house would be impeccable.i had painters in the past but these guys were great. I'm not one for giving kudos too often but I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat.

He showed up early on start date and finished three days as he promised. His crew was clean and did great job on wall repair and painting. I would use him again as he is reasonally honest and very consider contractor.

Wonderful. He was very professional and responsive - Something lacking in the service industry. This is the first time I ever used Angie's list and I choose them because of their rating. Thank you everyone for taking the time to rate him. He and his crew were wonderful and I am somewhat of a perfectionist. Their work is great and they were prompt and clean. Wish I had more to paint now. Will definitely be using and referring him again.

Howard Sokol, the owner, supervised the painting project with his 5 workman crew of painters. Howard was always in complete control of his painting crew. His company did an excellent and professional job. Howard was very flexible and always kept me informed regarding his schedule and the status of the work. Howard was very friendly and very easy to work with. I have already told Howard that I will need him for another project in my home next month.
