Ace of Drains Plumbing & Heating

Working with Ace of Drains was a good experience. The communication throughout the project was easy over text, phone and visits. When I realized I needed a new toilet, Ace of Drains worked with me to meet my needs including ordering the toilet, delivering/installation and disposal of all the old waste to off sight. The two plumbers who performed the work were highly professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I will hire them again when I need a plumber.

The hot water heater was competently and professionally installed to resolve the issue of the loss of my previous hot water heater which was destroyed by the water rain of Hurricane Ida 🌀. Everything is in order now.

I had an emergency home repair involving my main sewer line. It began with a sewer back-up and it escalated from there. I found Ace of Drains on Angi's list and called them for an estimate. I decided to hire Ace of Drains because Mason, the lead plumber, was very thorough in explaining exactly what the issue was. After further assessment, it was concluded that the entire sewer line needed to be replaced (inside and outside) and the bathroom in my basement needed to be demoed and rebuilt since the sewer line ran underneath the bathroom floor. What was supposed to be a short job to complete, turned into a more entailed project. I was also traveling soon and was not sure if everything would be completed on time for my trip. Mason was very straightforward and honest. He was reassuring, guided me through the entire process and thoroughly answered any questions I had. His crew worked diligently to ensure the completion of all work from start to finish and on time for my trip! Mason and his staff were courteous, communicative, and hard working. Their professionalism, expertise, work ethic and communication exceeded my expectations. I will continue to use Ace of Drains for future projects and highly recommend them for any of your repairs.

Very happy with finished work! I had Main sewer line break at 5feet under the concrete garage floor. From start to finish, they were very organized and work was done in professional manor. Even after some complication, they finished the job at agreed price without any issues. I would certainly recommend to my friends.

Everything went well they showed up on time repair the bathroom sink faucet and the bathroom tub handle. They were very respectful left at decent time and when I asked about two other things in the home they were able to repair those two things also will be calling them back for other plumbing projects in my home and maybe a whole bathroom remodel

Work was completed efficiently and thoroughly. We were informed about the work needed prior to starting and were updated throughout the project. They were also considerate about the apartment and kept the work area clean and picked up after they completed the project.

I needed repairs for both showers. One was leaking when shut off and needed repair. The other tub/shower combo unit was stuck in shower mode. Ibrahim was professional and punctual. He explained everything to me so I could follow the repairs. The flat fee for a service call is steep,l for smaller jobs but I don’t have anything to compare it too as this was my first plumbing call.
