Our HE washing machine broke down and with 2 very active boys, we needed it repaired quickly! Called Steve's Apliance Doctor, which I found on Angie's List, and was told that I would receive a call back. I did receive a prompt call back fromSteve(?) and he asked me a few questions about the machine and the issue. He was very professional and told me to first unplug the machine in order to and quot;clear the boardand quot; and that might resolve the issue (I was receiving error messages on the machine and it would not start the wash cycle). Steve said if that worked to call him back and he would cancel the service call - no charge. That didn't work and Steve showed up promptly the next day. He looked it over and diagnosed the issue, had the part and replaced it within the hour - he even started the first load of laundry for me to make sure everything was working properlu. Prompt and professional service and I will definitely use them again!

We like the dishwasher's features. Steve , the Appliance Doctor, noted that they are not the same on newer models and repaired it for us at a lower cost than other estimates. It has run perfectly ever since. He was very professional and advised us on how to avoid future problems.

I used Angie's list to identify a company that could handle the repair of my dishwasher and found this company had both good grades and comments, particularly with responsiveness. I called and was told I would be called back and, much to my surprise and frustration, I never received a return call. I mentioned this to a few friends and one indicated that the same thing had happened to her. The first test of a good company is their responsiveness so I am not impressed with this company.

They were punctual and did a good job. I will continue to use their services in future.

washer making horrible noise. Called Appliance Doctor. Easy to make appointment. Steve called when he had to reschedule and was very apologetic. Came on time and fixed the washer. Took extra steps to make sure it wouldn't happen again.

He was very responsive to phone call and came within 24 hours. He arrived on time, was very professional and easy to work with. He was honest and easy to talk with about our best options. I would use him again even though we weren't able to fix the microwave, I feel like he helped make a decision to avoid wasting a lot of money on either fixing it or purchasing a very expensive microwave again and just having it break.

Repairs have all gone well for us. My sister was very disappointed that he could not be convinced to go to North Branch.

It went very well. His 24-hour answering service efficiently relayed messages. He called back promptly and was kind and relayed funny anecdotes while working with us. His costs were comparable with other appliance services in our area. Glad to have Steve to rely on!

He was very punctual. He diagnosed the problem very well and did a very good job. The price was a little high, but other than that he was very professional. I’d call him again for any appliance repair.

It went well. They told us how to fix the problem, the parts and actually gave us advice on a solution.

We were delighted with Steven. He returns calls within a half hour, is extremely prompt, honest, courteous, and professional. He set an appointment for two days after I called, with a two-hour arrival window (and arrived right in the middle). He told me something to try with the dryer before he arrived, which could solve the problem. I called him the following day to see if he was an authorized GE repair person, as my washer was still under partial warranty). He said he was not, and that I was welcome to use GE, but he indicated that their labor charges very expensive, and the warranty only covers parts. The fact that he gave us a way to address the problem (which would be to his financial disadvantage) was very revealing of his character, and made me feel relaxed about using him even though he was not an authorized GE repair person. Even my husband remarked on how terrific he was, saying, "This is how a service person should behave!" We would use him again.

I FEEL THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. COMING OUT RIGHT AWAY TO FIX THE DRYER SO THAT I COULD DRY MY CLOTHES. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR APPLIANCE REPAIRS.

THE SERVICE WAS GOOD AND DIDN'T COST TOO MUCH FOR THE SMALL REPAIR THAT THEY DID. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

THEY ARE A PRETTY GOOD COMPANY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY CAME ON TIME. THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD TO GET A NEW STOVE, BUT THEY CAME AND REPAIRED THE OLD ONE. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
