The oven is not functioning after he came in yesterday. Prior to this, I was able to use it so I do not know what he fixed.

Mark called me right away and cane out that day to assess the repair. He needed parts and came back to fix it. Was very pleased with the fast service as I had no experience with awning companies.

Called me the next day and made an appointment for the awning installation a few days later. They realized my awning was in need of repair , took it with them and a week later as they stated they called and installed it . Very professional and will use them again

We have used several other sub-par, area companies in the 20 years that we have lived here. This company has exceeded our expectations so far. They went out of their way to fix an issue that we had with our awning frame so that our new awning (yet to be delivered) will last as long as possible. They were quick to respond and very courteous. I absolutely recommend and will call them for all of our awning needs.

The outcome was not as good as expected. They were not able to fix the pitch on arms.

These people took the time to locate awning fabric that matched what I already had. This fabric had been discontinued and I was looking for more for additional awnings for my home. They had enough of the fabric for a front porch awning and were willing to sell it to me even though it was another company making the awning. Very, very kind of them. Still looking for more of the fabric though. They did not actually do the work/make the awning, but this page will not let me submit this review without me checking one of the boxes.

They are a great company, professional and responsive but a little slow to respond to calls and/or txt messages, and schedule appointments.

He contacted me right away, confirmed our appointment,was on time and fixed our problem on the spot.

the installer was punctual and true to his words from ordering and installation. quality of work was commendable and highly appreciated. if decision in the future is made to have another one installed this contractor will be the one to do it.
