Description of Work: Sal (the owner) put the cable back on the pulley. I was amazed with how easy it was for him. It took less than 5 minutes. He totally knew what he was doing. I was stunned when he said no charge. He said he was coming to a nearby job anyway. I would never use any other company.

Description of Work: Installed new garage door opener. While the service and price were overall very good, the Tech was 1hour and 45minutes late. The office had called and sad they would be 45minutes late, but not an additional hour late. Additionally the tech did not clean up the mess created. Not sure if that should have been included or not. That said given the overall product and timeliness in getting out for a quote and installing the opener (all done within three days of initial call, it was worth it and I would recommend them.

Description of Work: We had a garage door mishap which sent the door off it's track and left the spool broken. EZ came by quickly and fixed the door without a hitch. They even did maintenance on the motor and track. The garage door is so quiet now. These guys were great.

 + -1 moreThe overall experience was pretty good. They showed up when they said they were going to show up, the first time. We had some problem in the wiring and it took them over a week and a half to get back. They responded all right, they said they were going to show up but they did not. However, in the end, the result was that they got here and did not try to jack me around. They replaced it and fixed the problem, without any hassles.
Description of Work: I used EZ Overhead Doors to install garage doors and garage door openers.

 + -1 moreSal, of EZ Overhead Door, arrived within the time slot his office said he would. He diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. The door needed new springs and it was recommended to also replace the old rollers. I agreed to have the work done. Sal had everything in his truck and my garage door was as good as new within one hour. He lubricated the chain and the track. He also noticed that one of the light bulbs on the opener was out, which he replaced. It is now 2 weeks and the door opens effortlessly. Great service by a professional.
Description of Work: Garage door would not open all the way. I called and arranged a date and time for someone to come out. They called the day before to confirm and Sal, the owner arrived within the agreed time slot. He diagnosed the problem and recommended new springs and new rollers. He examined the other door, it is old, but in good shape and didn't push to replace those springs. Very professional and I highly recommed EZ Overhead Door.

 + -1 moreI contacted Sal from EZ Overhead Doors to get my garage door repaired. He said he will come to my house and it will be a free estimate. He inspected my garage door and told that the gear/sprocket got broke and needed to be replaced. He said he will charge $ 70 for the service and parts cost extra. I agreed. He said he will do a multi point check of the garage door (10 year old garage door so I thought the inspection is definitely needed). He did a meticulous inspection of the door and did what is needed. He also lubricated the metal parts with no extra cost and also helped me in resetting my car's homelink mirror to open the door. He was extremely professional and I couldn't ask for more regarding the price he charged. Price was reasonable and he was friendly and looked to solve my problem. I would definitely recommened him for garage door service and would reach him for my future needs.
