We were installing a heated floor and had initially reached out to some other electricians (other than Diamond) that I found thru references. Unfortunately, no one seemed to provide the knowledge and comfort we wanted. At that point I found Tony on Angie's list and reached out to him. He prompltly stopped by and gave me an estimate. He was very professional, confident and seemed to know his stuff very well. He was also willing to work with the other vendors involved. He needed a one week notice to schedule, came down, completed the work in a few hours, cleaned up, explained me the various things and that was it. It was a very good experience over all.

Was able to get an appointment within a few days and he arrived early for appt - which I thought was was a good sign. Given age of my light fixtures (circa 1990), he was going to research options - whether parts still available, or if necessary to replace multiple lights in order to maintain appearance. I never heard back. When I called 3+ weeks later, he explained he never heard back from who he was getting parts/quotes from, and mentioned he should have followed up. Granted it's a small job, but that's why I signed up for Angie's List - to see other local experiences While I'd rate the initial appointment.visit an A, never received any other communication so I split difference with a rating of C

The job went perfectly and quickly. We lucked out that no holes were made in the ceiling that had to be patched. They didn't seem to mind that I watched. We even had a few laughs while they worked. This is the second time I used them. I don't give anyone a second opportunity unless I am fully satisfied the first time.

Tony was very fast with the estimate. He actually did the job the next day. It only took a three hours (less time than he thought). They were punctual, professional, friendly and cleaned up afterwards. They even knocked down some bug nests while up on the extension ladder. I've got another job for them installing recessed lights in the kitchen.

I was prepared to use Diamond Electric ,however while I was waiting for a plumbing estimate I asked my friend if he could install the water heater and he confirmed that he could do both the plumbing and electrical work

Quick response, called to tell me expected arrival time, very courteous and professional, didn't mind me hovering to watch the repair.

Tony and his team arrived on time, completed the job quickly, were friendly and outgoing, and very much exceeded my expectations with the quality of work done. I cannot say enough how pleased I am with the job they did - great to deal with and very good at what they do.

Tony was incredibly prompt about coming out for an estimate. Since we are planning on getting a lot of work done over time, he broke the estimate into sections for us. We elected to start w/ the kitchen first (and wound up also doing the doorbell). Tony kept me in the loop as to their exact arrival time which was incredibly appreciated since it was a Saturday and we have two kids under 5. The team was wonderful - very professional and accommodating. The speed at which the work was performed was amazing! Tony put in three recessed lights where the hanging one originally stood and recessed lights in basically a U formation over the work area. The eyesore of a box was removed as well! Over our work area, they put two pendant lights which gave us light in an area we did not have before (with a dimmer - we now use just the pendants to keep light in the kitchen in the evening rather than all the lights on). The team would ask us questions prior to proceeding with the work (ex - positioning of pendant lights, reconfirming the placement of recessed lights, etc) - they were also very patient! I felt that as we went along, there would be no surprises and knew exactly what to expect knowing we were all on the same page. Upon completion of the work, the cleanup was quick and thorough. There was very little ceiling removed which was a very big surprise since I anticipated with that amount of work it would be gutted. We just have a single round hole where the box was removed - amazing! I was very, very pleased with Tony and his co-workers and plan on using their services again in the near future! (Best thing is next time I will know they are here b/c our doorbell is now fixed as well!)

It turned out well. He was responsive and he came on time.

I called Diamond Electric on a Sunday afternoon for assistance with my home electric system: we had a power surge, after which some of the lights and outlets still did not work. My call was answered immediately, and Tony walked me through all the steps to reset the surge box correctly. It's probably something I should have known to do on my known, but he explained why the failure might have occurred and steps I could do to ensure that it would not recur. Based on this experience, I will definitely contact Diamond in the near future for improvements and maintenance in my home.

House was built in 1897 and nothing is ever simple, but Tony and his crew did a great job completing the job on time and in a professional manor. Tony responded to my request for an estimate promptly and described the job in detail. The job was scheduled in a timely manor and as I stated previously the job was completed on time. The quality of the work was first rate and the crew was courteous and well prepared.

Service call was scheduled promptly. Electrican arrived on time. Called ahead to provide status. Completed the work quickly and neatly. Covered exisiting outlet hole with new plate. Gladly accepted coupon from Angie's List. I would definitely call Diamond Electrical Services the next time I need electrical work done.

Tony came to my house on two separate dates at my request to do the work in phases. He arrived on time, listened to my needs, provided suggestions and itemized the quote for me so I could prioritize what work was getting done and when. He did a great job, he was neat when drilling into walls, etc., did the job right the first time, and charged exactly what he said he would charge. He even looked into an unexpected issue I encountered (not related to the work he was doing). He's good and honest and I'll be calling him again when I need further work performed.

Tony and crew were on time, they finished 2 hours ahead of schedule, they cleaned up, they were professional and cordial, and they were outstanding in every way. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Tony and his team were very efficient. They left a little bit of a mess but that's to be expected. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an electrician.

Tony is a very professional, very knowledgeable electrician. He arrived on time and performed the work very well. The outside outlet that Tony had to repair turned out to be wiring that had shorted and burned the surrounding insulation. He pulled out the burned wire and insulation and wrote up a report I can submit for payment to the Homeowner's Warranty insurance. It took almost 2 hours to find and fix the problem. Tony charged me the original estimated cost for this repair even though it took almost 4 times what it should have. I would definitely use Tony again, and plan to call him to install a light fixture in a 17 foot ceiling, add a cable connection in the kitchen, and several other tasks. Diamond Electric is a little pricey, but I received very good value for the money.

We selected Tony to do the work not only his competitive estimate but also his scheduling flexibility and his professionalism. We needed recommendations for security lighting that would cover above and below our deck as well as the rest of the backyard. Tony recommended an effective and relatively inexpensive solution on the spot. He also gave us a detailed and accurate estimate before leaving. Tony and his helper Bill completed all the work on a Saturday. The installation of all the items was flawless, and the security lighting in particular worked exactly as we wanted it to. Part of the work entailed removing an old security fixture that was in a bad location after we had our deck installed...Tony was good enough to install a piece of vinyl siding we provided to cover the location of the fixture. They cleaned -up the various work areas and collected the trash, although they did not take it away. Overall we were very satisfied with the quality of work and would definitely use Diamond Electrical Services in the future.

About an hour after we had our kitchen floor replaced we lost power in part of the room. After flipping the circuit and confirming with the electric company that it wasn't them, we called Tony. He came out at 8:30 PM the day we called him, checked and replaced the fuse then checked all the outlets until he found the problem (which had been caused when the man working on the floor put the refrigerator back and pushed it too hard against the outlet). He fixed the problem, cleaned up and put back everything in the kitchen that he'd moved and he was done in less than an hour. The cost was slightly higher than I would have normally expected to pay for what turned out to be a relatively simple job, but the fact that he came out so late, the day we called him, and did such a great, professional job, well, you get what you pay for. We have a number of other electrical issues we will need to take care of in the future and there is no question we are calling Townley again.

I called Tony in the afternoon and described the problem to him and he told me he could come over that same day at 7:30 pm and that there was no extra charge for evenings and tony showed up on time. I showed him where the problem was and he quoted me a price and when I accepted he went to his truck to bring up his ladder and carefully placed the ladder in the kitchen and fixed the problem in 10 minutes.
