Soon after I published my review I was contacted by the customer service to investigate and respond to my concern. After many many phone calls, inspections and visits over and over again. The person and I will refer to him by Mr. C. agreed to correct the concerns. I also contracted him to repair 25 feet of the fence. After few phone calls and couple weeks later {I know it continued over more than two months}. The work was done including correcting the bottom of the fence, improve the latching of the gate (by bending the gate). Fence repair was done, and the payment was made, the work quality was okay. Worth noting that I discovered to the horror of me that the technician even though they were aware that I have a dog I found many metal pieces scattered inside the fence including a big piece of metal tubing. The Mr. C. was a very nice man, the work of the repair of the fence 3.5 from 5.0 and for the correction of the previous work I would give it 4.0 out of 5.0

Very happy with overall experience with this company

I had a vinyl fence put it instead of a chain link because the quote they gave me was within my price range. There was no upselling I got exactly what I asked for, there was no "we found this so it's going to cost more" with this company. Very knowledgeable people. Explained everything about what needed to be done and why it had to be done. Also helped in getting a surveyor as well as what expected costs should of a survey should be. All work was done as explained and on time. Of all of the other companies I dealt with for this, these people followed up with everything and kept in constant communication. This company is truly professional and got the job done correctly without any rework or issues.

After searching out several companies I felt that the prices of this company were very reasonable. The installers were very helpful in answering my questions and consciencious throughout the installation. I felt that Rich and Chuck are a good team and kept me informed as to when materials would be arriving and when the job would be completed. Thank you Security Fence Co.

World of difference dealing with this company. Good work done for a fair price. Came when they said they were coming. Called to let me know if they were running late. Never stoop me up or kept me waiting. Never lied to me or made any excuses. That was what dealing with Harris fence in burlington NJ was like. Wish I had hired Security fence from the beginning. Not only did they do the job to 100 % percent satisfaction they also finished what the other company did not complete on the section they did. Only wish I hired Security fence first. They will be the one I hire next time

Great working with Chuck and the fence looks great. Weather was against us but they still pulled through on time and worked through difficult situation of so many tree stumps and roots along the fence line I wanted. Would recommend. I just wish I had asked for a key lock instead of clasp they put on requiring a padlock for the fence gate. This is my fault for not thinking to ask for it but just wanted to note this in-case someone is reading to think about this beforehand and ask for the type of fence lock you want.

I am very happy with the fence and I would recommend them to anyone. They work very hard to resolve any issues that may be presented during the project.
